Profit Play #3: Sky Is The Limit for Healthcare Stocks Shortly after Obama took office, Cigna Corp (CI) was trading at around $19 a share. Today it s trading at over $120 per share. Hillary Clinton has already promised to continue to push for an expansion of Obama-care so we could see healthcare stocks continue to climb.
