Its scope of business includes: financial leasing, acceptance of tenants lease guarantee, transfer of lease receivables to commercial banks etc, denominated in both domestic and foreign currencies. ABC Financial Leasing will leverage on ABC s unique positioning in both Urban and County Areas as well as its vast customer base to provide tailored, professional and world-class leasing financial services to different customer segments. Private Banking: On September 29, 2010, ABC s Private Banking Department officially started operations in Shanghai and it plans to offer individual wealth management, asset management and financial advisory services to high net worth clients in 12 provinces. 8
