2 01 MARKET OPPORTUNITY Existing options for capital raising are expensive and often unavailable to small companies, while secondary trading in early-stage opportunities is limited and opaque. Digital capital raises (commonly known as ICOs ) provide a solution, however are complicated and relatively inaccessible to non-tech companies, and investors. We are a regulated market, I think that's the difference between us and an ICO. 4 03 HOW DOES IT WORK? The platform links businesses directly to the investing community, bypassing expensive intermediaries. Securities are created as blockchain tokens and directly listed in a regulated trading venue, providing liquidity. 1. Businesses register on the platform 2. The campaign is reviewed, then an automated process creates offering documents and matches suitable investors 3. Investors have access to all documents, financials, and all information necessary to make a decision 4. Indications of interest are placed directly via the platform 5. Investors can allocate in several currencies, including both fiat and crypto, the business receives their nominated trading currency 6. Investors are not charged any fees 7. The platform automatically distributes dividend and coupon payments
