1 Schroder ImmoPLUS EPRA Sustainability Reporting Performance Measures The Fund reports environmental data in accordance with EPRA Best Practice Recommendations on Sustainability Reporting (2014, 2 nd Edition) for January 2016 to December 2016, presented with comparison against The reporting boundary has been scoped to where the Fund has operational control: managed properties where the Fund is responsible for payment of utility invoices and/or arrangement of waste disposal contracts. In 2015 and 2016 there were 30 managed assets. Total energy consumption The table below sets out total landlord obtained energy consumption from the Company s managed portfolio by sector.
