5 Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia Saturday Morning, December 9th, :00am - 1:30pm Doors Open at 9:15am Parking: Please park in the front parking lot and use the front doors or park on the Philmont Avenue side of the building and use the Handicapped door. Who Can Attend: Ladies and Little Ladies of any age are invited to attend this event (NOT just for Mothers and Daughters). No men or boys will be permitted to attend, except for infant baby boys not yet walking. This is a day for you to spend time with those Ladies and Little Ladies you have invited to come with you. For their safety, no children will be allowed to be dropped off or left unattended. We will not have any Children s Ministry, Jr. High, or Sr. High staff available to watch any children; you will need to be responsible for them during the entire event. Little girls may bring their dolls to the event if they would like to (make sure you put your name on your doll in case it gets lost). Lost and Found will be in the Church Office. Registration Information: Registration is required and anyone that is attending with you must be registered (including infants, children, etc.). Registration will be In Person Only at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia after the following Sunday Morning services: October 22nd, October 29th, and November 5th. (No Call In, Online, or Mail In Registration) The Registration Fee is non-refundable. 0-2 years old: Free, but must be registered. 3 years and older: $5.00 More registration information on page 6. Confirmation Receipt: When you register, you will be given a Confirmation Receipt. Please remember to bring this with you; it is your ticket to get into the event. 7 Schedule for the Day 9:15am Doors Open- Straight from the Heart Bookstore will be open: 30% off coupon available for ONE regularly priced item in the Bookstore (some exclusions apply Bibles, gift cards, etc.). You can purchase a raffle ticket for $1 for a Straight from the Heart Bookstore Gift Card in the Bookstore. (cash only) Front Foyer: You can purchase a raffle ticket for $1 for an American Girl Gift Card in the Front Foyer. (cash only) 10:00-10:45am Program in the Sanctuary- Christmas Worship songs with Rob & Heidi Paoletti and the Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia Worship Team. Special songs by Carolyn Grow, Matt Schuler, and Michelle Bonilla. Special songs for kids by Dave Miller. The CCA 7th grade dance class will be performing, and several people from the program will be sharing about our theme And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. All ages are welcome in the Sanctuary. CPAC Cry Room & Nursing Mom s Room: During the program, if your infant cries or your toddler gets fussy, we will have the CPAC set up with a closed circuit TV to view the event. If you have an infant that is nursing there is a Nursing Mom s Room available for you to nurse your infant with a closed circuit TV so you will not miss the program in the Sanctuary. The Nursing Mom s Room is available for you to use during the whole event. 10:45am-1:30pm- Free Activities: Get your picture taken. (all ages welcome) Games, prizes, and other fun activities for all ages. Things to Purchase: Raffle Tickets: Before and after the program, you can purchase a raffle ticket for a $1 for an American Girl Gift Card (front foyer) or a Straight from the Heart Bookstore Gift Card (Bookstore). (cash only) Food and Drinks for Sale: Please bring cash to buy hot dogs, soft pretzels, gluten free pretzels, candy, water and juice boxes. (No credit cards or checks accepted) Come do some Christmas Shopping! We will have lots of homemade items, toys, and other fun things for sale. Bring cash or check to purchase these items. The Straight from the Heart Bookstore: The Bookstore will be open and they accept credit cards, cash and checks. 5
8 Registration Information *All children Jr. High age and younger must be registered and accompanied by an adult at the event. Women High School age and older do not need to be accompanied by an adult. When: Registration will be In Person Only after the services on the following Sunday Mornings: October 22nd, October 29th, and November 5th at the Women s Ministry Booth in the front foyer (no registration on Sunday or Wednesday evenings). No Call In, Mail In, or Online Registration. Registration Fee: The Registration Fee is non-refundable. 0-2 years old: Free, but must be registered. 3 years and older: $5.00 Registration Forms: There are 2 different Registration Forms. 1. Registering Women & Children pages Registering Women Only (no children) pages 9-10 Fill out the correct Registration Form (s) and bring it with you along with your payment to register on the dates listed above to the Women s Ministry booth in the front foyer. After you have completed your Registration Form, there will be two lines at the registration booth; one line is for cash or check and the other line is for credit card payments. If paying by credit card, we accept Visa and MasterCard only. We DO NOT accept Discover or American Express. There will be a separate table set up if you need help filling out your Registration Form or if you have any questions prior to registering. Registration Confirmation: After you register, you will receive a Confirmation Receipt that you will need to bring with you to the event. This is your ticket to get in and proof that you have registered. If you are registering for other adults, you will be responsible for giving them their Confirmation Receipt.
