2 2 Proposed Changes To ensure that our products continue to meet your needs, Investors Group is proposing: (i) to change the investment objective and/or fundamental investment strategies of several Investors Group funds, as described in more detail in Part A of the Management Information Circular (the Circular ); and (ii) several mergers of Investors Group funds, as described in more detail in Part B of the Circular. Securityholder Meetings Investors Group is convening Securityholder Meetings on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 10 a.m. CDT for you to vote regarding the proposed changes that apply to your Investors Group fund(s). These meetings will take place at the head office of Investors Group at 447 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg. Accordingly, this Notice and accompanying proxy package is being sent to you as a registered securityholder (or beneficial owner) of one (or more) of these funds to request your approval of the changes to your fund(s). What are the Proposed Changes? I.
