5 AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK GROUP THE ADB S FINANCING INSTRUMENTS The Bank s traditional financing uses 2 key windows: ADF window concessional window lending to poorer African countries; and ADB window non concessional window lending to MICs at market rate
