15 I want it all investors: How to tailor your approach Listen well and ask them good questions Set clear communication goals and be available through multiple channels Ask for feedback Share market insights regularly I interviewed [prospective advisors]. A lot of them didn t realize they were having a job interview. So they were eliminated fairly quickly. I asked a lot of questions, trying to understand their main interest whether it was me or them. And how they thought they would help me. Then I would hold them to that.... Ultra-high-net-worth male, West 15
