14 OUTLOOK FOR 2018 NORTH AMERICA Average rig count expected to remain robust This should allow Vallourec to pass further OCTG price increases in H Vallourec will also benefit from the full year impact of volume and price increases achieved in H Ready to benefit and, if necessary, to adapt to the final outcome of Section 232 which aims at favoring domestic steel manufacturers BRAZIL O&G: Petrobras drilling activity expected to remain stable.
