4 Alon USA Partners Overview The 73,000 bpd Big Spring refinery processes oil from the Permian Basin into finished products such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and petrochemicals, which are marketed primarily in West Texas, Central Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona through its wholesale distribution network to both Alon USA Energy s retail convenience stores and other third-party distributors. 4
