2 1. General 1.1. To receive the VIP services a client should open a trading account at TeleTrade-DJ International Consulting Ltd (hereinafter TeleTrade ) with a minimum deposit requirement of $50,000 for VIP PROFESSIONAL status. For VIP GOLD status there is a minimum deposit requirement of $100,000 and for VIP PLATINUM status there is a minimum deposit requirement of $500, Vispārēja informācija 1.1. Bonus 0,05% no atvēršanas cenas (ekvivalents ~ 0,0005 punktiem uz EUR/USD) % /26%/ 28% Bonuss gadā The payment of the bonus is calculated at the monthly rate: 24%:12= 2% per month: VIP PROFESSIONAL or VIP GOLD: 26%:12 = 2,16% or VIP PLATINUM: 28%:12=2,33% Bonuss tiek aprēķināts pēc mēneša likmes: VIP PROFESSIONAL 24%:12 = 2% mēnesī, vai VIP GOLD: 26%:12 = 2,16% vai VIP PLATINUM: 28%:12 = 2,33% To get the bonus the client should provide the required amount of traded lots: 1 lot for every $1,000 on the trading account at 00:00 of the first of the month. For example, at the first of the month you have $50,000 on your trading account. Your required amount of traded lots is 50 lots. Please note that the calculation of traded lots in MT5 differs from the calculation in MT4. The bonus will be credited to the account for a full trade. For instance: you open the buy position of 2 lots in EURUSD. Your next position is the sell trade with the same currency pair and with the volume of 1 lot. It means your total position in EUR USD is the 1 existing buy lot. For the calculation of the bonus it counts as one full lot if you close this lot Lai saņemtu bonusu, klientam jāveic darījumi ar sekojošu lotu apjomu: 1 lote par katriem $1.000 tirdzniecības kontā plkst. 00:00 mēneša pirmajā datumā. Piemēram, mēneša pirmajā datumā jūsu tirdzniecības kontā ir $ Nepieciešamais aizvērto lotu apjoms sastāda 50 lotes. Lūdzu, ņemiet vērā, ka atstrādāto lotu skaits MT5 atšķiras no aprēķināšanas MT4. Ieskaitītie līdzekļi par nepilnu mēnesi netiek ņemti vērā The profits of transactions for an incomplete month accrue into the amount on which the bonus will be calculated Darījumu peļņa par nepilnu mēnesi tiek iekļauta summā, no kuras tiek aprēķināts bonuss TeleTrade-DJ International Consulting Ltd. 3

Other bonuses of TeleTrade will be not included in the calculation of the 24% /26%/ 28% p.a. bonus Citi TeleTrade bonusi netiek ņemti vērā bonusa 24% /26%/ 28% gadā aprēķināšanā The bonus for the previous month will be paid into the trading account at the beginning of the next month. In calculating the number of lots eligible instruments are only FOREX and CFD for metals Bonuss par iepriekšējo mēnesi tiks ieskaitīts tirdzniecības kontā nākamā mēneša sākumā. Lotu skaita aprēķināšanā tiek ņemti vērā tikai darījumi ar instrumentiem Forex un CFD uz metāliem If a withdrawal or internal transfer request is submitted to the trading account, the bonus will not be calculated Bonuss netiek aprēķināts, ja tiek nosūtīts pieteikums līdzekļu izņemšanai vai iekšējam pārskaitījumam If the client holds several trading accounts with the company, the bonus for each trading account will be calculated separately Ja klientam kompānijā ir vairāki tirdzniecības konti, bonuss par katru tirdzniecības kontu tiek aprēķināts atsevišķi. 3. Spread and Rollover Reimbursement in the form of cashback 3. Spredu un svopu atmaksa cash-back veidā (līdzekļu atgriešana) 3.1. TeleTrade pays its VIP-clients cash-back for each transaction! The amount of cash-back will depend on the client s VIP-status and will be calculated on the basis of the spread amount upon position closing and the commission, which a client pays for the transaction s performance. Cashback amount cannot exceed $10 per lot. Eligible instruments for the payment of cash-back for transactions are CFDs on FOREX and metals TeleTrade izmaksā saviem VIP-klientiem cash-back par katru darījumu! Atgriežamo līdzekļu (cash-back) apmērs būs atkarīgs no klienta VIP statusa un tiks aprēķināts, ņemot vērā spreda lielumu pozīcijas aizvēršanas brīdī un komisiju, ko klients samaksājis par veiktajām operācijām. Cash-back summa nevar pārsniegt 10 dolārus par loti. Komisija tiek izmaksāta tikai par darījumiem ar instrumentiem Forex un CFD uz metāliem TeleTrade-DJ International Consulting Ltd. 4

Cash-back payments will not be payable to a client s account in case he/she already received another bonus amount from the Company during the billing month Nav savienojams ar citiem bonusu veidiem. Cash-back netiks ieskaitīts klientam, ja aprēķina mēneša laikā klients depozītā no Kompānijas ir saņēmis citus bonusus.
