4 HIGHLIGHTS In October 2016, URZ acquired the prospective Gas Hills and Juniper Ridge Projects (previously held by Strathmore Minerals Corp.) located in Wyoming which contain approximately 13.45M lbs of U 3 O 8. URZ also owns the prospective Shirley Basin Project in Wyoming, as well as uranium stockpiles in Utah (situated between Anfield Resources Inc. s Ticaboo Mill and Energy Fuels Inc. s Tony M Mine) and exploration properties in the well known Uravan District, straddling the Colorado and Utah border. 12 NUCLEAR PLANT CONSTRUCTION As of September, 2017: 50 power reactors are currently being constructed in 13 countries notably China, India, UAE and Russia. Most reactors currently planned are in the Asian region, with fast-growing economies and rapidlyrising electricity demand. In all, over 160 power reactors are on order or planned, and over 300 more are proposed. 12

13 EMERGING NUCLEAR ENERGY Nuclear power is planned in over 20 countries which do not have it, and is under consideration in over 20 more. Belarus is building two large new Russian reactors at Ostrovets.
