Production Trading Reclamation The Company is re-processing high grade artisanal tailings to produce gold and silver with remarkably low capital and operating costs. The Company s gold trading business sources precious metals locally and relies on rapid trading to mitigate commodity price risk while yielding additional revenues. Contamination is removed from the artisanal tailings material during re-processing, delivering environmental and social benefits to local stakeholders.

4 Approach & Differentiation CSE: LUX XETRA: NGO Frankfurt: NGO While investor interest in precious metals has been strong, as illustrated by continued robust demand for physical gold, the appetite for the traditional mining story of risky exploration, protracted development, and expensive construction has waned. Small Scale Newlox is at the forefront of a paradigm shift in the mining industry towards frugal and rapidly commissionable projects which can quickly supply operational revenues. Low Cost Organic Growth Small scale or minimal disturbance gold production is inherently more environmentally and socially friendly while tailings re-processing provides immediate benefits to local stakeholders. Rapidly commissioned, small scale, operations will generate the operational cash flow needed to expand organically without reliance on the expensive capital markets.

These stockpiles contain residual gold & silver with grades exceeding 9 grams per tonne gold for an estimated 17,000 ounces. First Stockpile 60,000t at 9 g/t Au Workers Loading Tailings Material

6 Tailings Processing & Gold Production The Company is working closely with the Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering at UBC to achieve its goals in regard to establishing a profitable as well as socially and environmentally responsible gold producing operations in Latin America. The company s first processing and reclamation plant has been deployed following extensive testing at UBC and is now in the ramp-up and optimization stage. The UBC team remain involved in the process and continue to support the Company s endeavours.

7 Tailings Processing & Gold Production A gravity circuit (Phase 1) is fully operational and has produced close to 3 tonnes of valuable concentrate grading over 500 grams per tonne gold. The flotation circuit (Phase 2) was commissioned in September and is expected to deliver significant production growth once optimized. Plant schematics designed at UBC Physical pilot plant deployed

8 CSE: LUX XETRA: NGO Frankfurt: NGO Gold Trading Platform Newlox has established a precious metals trading program in Latin America which has already achieved profitability by employing rapid transactions to mitigate risk associated with commodity price volatility. There is excellent room to grow in this market and Newlox intends to ramp up its trading operations. From February 2014 to 1 August the Company has completed 150+ trades totalling in excess of 17 kilos of gold at an average purity of 52% Au. Turnover to date is approximately 176,133, (C$348,355.00).

9 Strong Management Team CSE: LUX XETRA: NGO Frankfurt: NGO Donald Gordon, Chairman, has over thirty years of experience in corporate finance analysis and business development. Mr. Gordon s independent corporate finance and due diligence company has been involved in listing and financing over 40 public companies in the past 15 years. Gary MacDonald, Chief Executive Officer, has over 25 years experience in the natural resource industry and an extensive background in mining. He represents the 5 th generation of a prominent Canadian mining family and has worked with several financial and venture capital organizations. Mr. MacDonald has experience in investment management, banking, M&A, corporate and capital structuring and institutional financings. Ryan Jackson, President, holds degrees in environmental science, with a emphasis on human health, and political science. He has worked in the mining industry both in the field and in the boardroom and has spent the past three years as the Canadian editor of a mining industry magazine.
