The 2 Million investment must be held for 3YRs only. The Cyprus Citizenship is granted for perpetuity, so long as a main residence is kept (worth 500,000). Applicants are not required to reside in/relocate to Cyprus or Europe but they do have the option to do so if desired once they receive their Cyprus citizenship. The applicant is granted a Permanent Residence Permit within 5 days of submitting application. Investment does not include a donation to the local government, unlike other programs globally. The application process takes approximately 6 7 months for Cyprus (EU) citizenship. There is no public disclosure on source of wealth. One visit is required to provide biometrics and documentation, no medical testing and no local language requirements are involved.

Free Movement of Goods All goods produced in Cyprus, being an EU Member State can be freely transferred between other EU Member States. Visa Free Travel No visa is required for travel by Cypriot Citizens within the EU nor for travel to over 159 non-eu countries, including the UK. Dual Citizenship & Transferability Cyprus allows its citizens to hold dual citizenship and transferable to children and future generations, allows for positive succession planning. Attractive Tax Framework Cyprus offers the most attractive tax regime in Europe for corporate tax and individual tax. Individuals who opt to reside in Cyprus for 90 days can benefit from the exemption on tax for worldwide sourced dividends, interest and funds from the disposal of securities.

5 L e g a l F r a m e w o r k The legislation to apply for Cyprus Citizenship by way of the Cyprus Investment Programme (CIP) is governed by the Naturalisation of Investors in Cyprus by Exception Scheme, based on subsection (2) in Section 111A of the Civil Registry Laws of 2002 which was approved by the Cyprus Council of Ministers on the 13 September 2016 and updated in May E l i g i b i l i t y C r i t e r i a The Ministry of Interior (MoI) requires the local licensed service provider to submit a complete file on the applicant and their eligible family dependents. Each applicant must demonstrate a clean criminal record from their country of origin and/or residence and must not be subject to any EU sanctions or lists of persons whose property is ordered to be frozen. In addition to the applicant s spouse and underage children they may (subject to criteria) also include their parents and any dependent adult children (18-28) who are currently undertaking their university degree. A p p l i c a t i o n P r o c e d u r e Consultations over 2 3 weeks to review eligibility, assess best route for citizenship/residency and identify property/eligible investment options. Preparation and assessment of application documents, certifications, preliminary due diligence and submission to Ministry & CRMD. Visit to Cyprus to provide biometrics and receipt of Permanent Residency within 1 week of submitting the Citizenship application. Upon successful approval of all due diligence and application file, Ministry of Interior confirms Citizenship within 6 to 7 months. Issue of Certificate of Naturalisation and Passports within 1 2 weeks.

6 I n v e s t m e n t O p t i o n s The CIP is one of two Citizenship by Investment programmes approved by the European Union and provides an efficient framework to eligible applicants. OPTION 1 2 Million investment in Residential property for 3 years (either one 2 Million villa sold by end of Year 3 whilst investing in parallel in a 500,000 Residential property, or a 1.5 Million villa which is sold by the end of Year 3 plus a 500,000 Residential property retained indefinitely for residential use/to let). Timeframe: 3 Years Investment of 1.5 Million or 2 Million (excluding VAT) in Residential Real Estate to be sold at end of 3 Year term * Timeframe: Indefinitely Purchase of 500,000 Residential Real Estate to be held indefinitely OPTION 2 2 Million investment in Eligible Investments (see list below) for 3 years plus the purchase of a 500,000 Residential property which is to be retained indefinitely for residential use/to let. Timeframe: 3 Years Investment of 2 Million (excl. VAT) in either of the below: Residential, Commercial, Infrastructure, Land A Cyprus Company as shareholder employing 5 Cypriots/EU Nationals * Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) or CySec financial assets Interest bearing (0.75%pa) Cyprus Government bonds Timeframe: Indefinitely Purchase of 500,000 Residential Real Estate to be held indefinitely.
