Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) as per IND-AS for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 together with the Limited review report of the Statutory Auditors for the said period is enclosed as Annexure - A. Others 2. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, have approved the grant of 8,62,550 Restricted Stock Units at face value of the Company s share under Tejas Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2017 to the employees of the Company with the effective date of grant as of April 1, 2018 with a three year vesting period. 3. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, have approved the grant of 48,800 Restricted Stock Units at face value of the Company s share under Tejas Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2017 to the employees of the Company with the effective date of grant as of July 23, 2018 with a four year vesting period. 4.
