ProSiebenSat.1 expects another record year with strong increase in recurring EBITDA and net income. Significant reduction of gross and net financial debt post completion of Be/NL disposal. New leverage target of 1.5x to 2.5x. Leverage expected to come in well inside target range. We will further focus on our four-pillar-growth strategy and consider this reporting-wise.
