SCOPE OF WORK DL Renovations shall provide the materials, labor, and equipment as required, to perform the following construction services: 1 Supply and install 20 o.z. Carpet and Padding as required Supply and install 4x4 Ceramic Wall Tile in all bathrooms as specified. Supply and install 6x6 Matte Ceramic Floor Tile in all bathrooms as required. Supply and install 16x16 Field Tile as specified for the living room, dinning room, and kitchen. Supply and install Ceramic Tile base at Bathrooms, living room, dinning room, and kitchens. 6 Furnish and install thin set material as required for this scope of work. 7 Provide and install Proflex 70 underlayment sheet membrane. 8 Supply and install shower curb as required. Supply and install 2" x 5/8" x 36" thresholds at the bathroom entrys and 9 transition entry's from ceramic to carpet. 10 Furnish and install 6" marble sills at window openings as shown. 11 Supply and install secura floor tile sealant.

EXCLUSIONS 1 Nobleseal has been substituted with proflex Pool deck at clubhouse. 3 Cool deck flooring. 4 Anything not mentioned above or not shown in the attached exhibits. 5 Decorative patterns not shown on the drawings. 6 Resielent flooring was assumed to be field tile. 7 Hardeners or sealers of any type. 8 Permits. 9 Joint sealants and waterproofing of any kind. 10 SPECIAL PROVISIONS DL Renovations shall dispose of all jobsite debris in dumpsters provided by the Contractor. DL Renovations shall invoice monthly based on the percent complete to date less 10% retainage, until DL Renovations reaches 50% completion, at which time no further retention shall be withheld (effective 5% at substantial completion). Retainage shall be due within thirty (30) days of completion of our portion of the work. No retainage shall be withheld on permanent materials. The necessary power (110 volt, with ground fault interruption) will be furnished to us without charge, for the operation of power tools at the working level. Water for cleaning tools and equipment at a tap near the building will be furnished to MAS Construction without charge. General Contractor shall supply drinking water and sanitary facilities at the working level. 4 A roadway shall be furnished and maintained (by others), such that trucks have access to, and away from the building under their own power. 5 This proposal is based on a mutually agreed upon schedule.
