About Us UTBA/Capitol Group, Inc. provides enduring, no nonsense, benefit and communication solutions for our trucking clients. Capitol Group purchased an existing association, formed in 1987, and the name and focus was changed to the trucking industry. The leadership of the company has over 50 years experience in developing the appropriate product mix for drivers and key owner/operator drivers. We have created the best venue available in the marketplace for communication, enrollment, and implementation of the process, and servicing the total package. We currently do business with over 100 trucking companies, and insure thousands of their valuable drivers and owner/operators in our affordable benefit plans. Our 25 full time licensed representatives have many years of experience working with owner/operators. Our success is attributable to the communication and distribution system we utilize to reach our prospective members, and to how our program is implemented. National Service Center Our National Service Center handles all of the administration including: billing, collections, expediting claims, cancellations, and changes in benefits, through our nationwide 800 line ( ) and our website (UTBA.com). The website is accessible to members 24 hours a day, using their personal PIN code.
