1 Platné od ZÁVÄZNÉ PODMIENKY K ZMLUVE O STÁVKOVANÍ A ČLENSTVE V KLUBE NIKÉ v Prvej slovenskej stávkovej spoločnosti Niké, spol. s r. o. Klub Niké je vernostný program, ktorý poskytuje spoločnosť Niké (ďalej len Niké ) svojim Klientom, ktorí ako účastníci uzavreli Zmluvu o stávkovaní a členstve v Klube Niké (ďalej len Zmluva ). Klub Niké umožňuje Klientom spoločnosti Niké využívať výhody a bonusy, ktoré sú s členstvom v Klube Niké spojené. Zmluvu je možné uzatvoriť: Osobne v kamenných pobočkách Niké - personál pobočky vyplní na základe od Klienta predložených dokladov a informácií v systéme Niké registračný formulár. Klient si skontroluje zadané údaje a personál následne vytlačí 2 exempláre Zmluvy, ktoré Klient podpíše. Samostatnou prílohou Zmluvy je Dočasná Klubová karta. V prípade uskutočnenia vkladu základného predplatného obdrží Klient aj potvrdenie o jeho zaplatení. Registráciou na portáloch Niké - vyplnením registračného formulára a potvrdením základných podmienok pre stávkovanie. Po úspešnej registrácii budú Klientovi om zaslané prístupové dáta a ochranné prvky (Grid karta). Po tom, ako je Klientovi na Stávkové konto pripísané predplatné, budú mu poštou zaslané doplňujúce identifikačné údaje - Klubová karta. Čl. I ČLENSTVO V KLUBE NIKÉ A KLUBOVÁ KARTA 1. Členom vernostného programu Klub Niké (ďalej len Klub Niké ) sa môže stať každá fyzická osoba, ktorá je oprávnená uzatvárať stávky podľa Zákona č. 171/2005 Z.z. a je spoločnosťou Niké prijatá do Klubu Niké. Klient sa riadi ustanoveniami Herného plánu Niké schváleného Ministerstvom financií SR, ustanoveniami Zmluvy, týmito Záväznými podmienkami, ako aj Cenníkom služieb Niké a informáciami uvedenými v brožúrach Vyhrajte v Niké s mobilom, Klub Niké je tipovanie s výhodami, Kurzovom liste, na internetovej stránke a v ďalších informačných materiáloch (ďalej len Informácie ). Klient prehlasuje, že ich bude v plnej miere rešpektovať. 2. Klient musí byť starší ako 18 rokov a musí byť počas celej doby trvania Zmluvy majiteľom účtu vedeného v banke, ak toto číslo uviedol v Zmluve a/alebo v registračnom formulári (v registračnom formulári povinne). 3. Členstvo v Klube Niké je dobrovoľné a bezplatné, pre člena z neho nevyplývajú žiadne záväzky a povinnosti. 4. Niké si vyhradzuje právo neprijať ktoréhokoivek žiadateľa o členstvo v Klube Niké, a to bez udania dôvodu. 5. Členovia Klubu Niké tvoria výberový klub, pričom na prijatie neexistuje právny nárok. 6. Každý člen Klubu Niké môže mať len jedno členstvo. Niké si vyhradzuje právo v prípade viacnásobnej registrácie jedného Klienta jeho ďalšie členské kontá zrušiť. 7. Členstvo v Klube je neprenosné a získané bonusy a výhody nemôžu byť predmetom dedičského práva. Predmetom dedičského práva môžu byť len finančné prostriedky na Osobnom stávkovom konte Klienta. 8. Členstvo v Klube Niké vzniká uzavretím Zmluvy. Dočasnú Klubovú kartu obdrží Klient okamžite pri vzniku členstva (uzatvorením Zmluvy) v pobočke. Následne mu bude v priebehu 10 kalendárnych dní zaslaná aj originálna (plastová) Klubová karta. V prípade online registrácie bude Klientovi originálna Klubová karta zaslaná v priebehu 5 kalendárnych dní od registrácie. 9. Klient môže výhody členstva v Klube Niké využívať od okamihu uzavretia Zmluvy a/ alebo úspešnej on-line registrácie. 10. Klient, ktorý je členom Klubu Niké sa preukazuje Klubovou kartou Niké. 11. Klubová karta je bezplatná. Obsahuje číslo karty, čiarový kód, prezývku a je vystavená na meno Klienta. 12. Klubová karta je po celý čas užívania vo vlastníctve spoločnosti Niké. 13. V prípade straty, znehodnotenia či odcudzenia karty je Klient povinný túto skutočnosť bezodkladne oznámiť Niké. V takomto prípade mu bude za poplatok vystavená nová Klubová karta. 14. V prípade straty, zneužitia alebo odcudzenia karty Niké nezodpovedá za prípadné škody, ktoré vzniknú Klientovi. 15. Pred akoukoľvek operáciou v pobočke, pri ktorej má Klient záujem o získavanie výhod a bonusov, je Klient povinný svoju Klubovú kartu vopred predložiť obsluhe. Nepredloženie karty z akéhokoľvek dôvodu znamená, že operácie nie sú zaradené do výhod Klubu Niké a ani ju nie je možné ich do týchto výhod zaradiť dodatočne. 16. Niké je oprávnená kedykoľvek zablokovať akúkoľvek Klubovú kartu v prípade, že bude podozrenie na jej neoprávnené použitie. Prípadné odblokovanie prebehne až po prešetrení podozrenia. 17. Personál pobočky Niké má právo odobrať Klubovú kartu v prípade jej použitia neoprávnenou osobou. 18. Klient sa vo vlastnom záujme zaväzuje informovať spoločnosť Niké o zmene údajov vyplnených v Zmluve a/alebo registračnom on-line formulári. 19. Pracovníci pobočky majú právo kedykoľvek overiť totožnosť Klienta (občiansky preukaz, pas). 20. V niektorých prípadoch (hry, rebríčky) môže Niké pri zverejňovaní výsledkov a poradia hráčov v súťažiach uvádzať vo vyhodnoteniach iba prezývku uvedenú na Klubovej karte. 21. Niké, ako aj Klient, môžu Zmluvu zrušiť písomnou formou v zmysle čl. VI. Zmluvy. 22. V prípade reklamácií týkajúcich sa počtu získaných Bodov, Nikov, čerpania Bodov, Nikov, poradia v jednotlivých hrách, resp. iných reklamácií, je rozhodujúci údaj uvádzaný spoločnosťou Niké. A Niké Club is a loyalty programme that is provided by Niké Company (hereinafter referred to as Niké ) to its Clients, who, as participants, have concluded a Contract of Betting and Membership in Niké Club (hereinafter referred to as the Contract ). The Niké Club enables Niké s Clients to make use of advantages and bonuses that are connected with membership in the Niké Club. The Contract can be concluded: Personally in brick and mortar Niké branches based on documents and information submitted by the Client, a branch staff will fill in a registration form in a Niké system. The Client will review the data entered and the staff will subsequently print 2 counterparts of the Contract, which the Client will sign. The Contract will also include a Temporary Club Card. After a basic subscription is paid, the Client will also be given a confirmation of the payment. By registration on Niké portals by filling in a registration form and by confirming basic terms and conditions for betting. After successful registration, access data and security features (Grid Card) will be sent to the Client by means of . After subscription is assigned to a Betting Account of the Client, additional identification data will be delivered to the Client by mail a Club Card. Article I MEMBERSHIP IN THE NIKÉ CLUB AND THE CLUB CARD 1. Any physical person, who is authorised to place bets under Act No. 171/2005 Coll. and Nike accepted it into the Niké Club, can become a member of a loyalty programme of the Niké Club (hereinafter referred to as the Niké Club ). The Client observes the provisions of a Game Plan of Niké approved by the Ministry of Finance of the SR, the provisions of the Contract, these Binding Terms and Conditions and a Pricelist of Services of Niké and information stated in brochures Win with Niké through Mobile, The Niké Club is a Betting with Advantages, a List of Odds, on an Internet website and in other information materials (hereinafter referred to as the Information ). The Client declares that he will fully respect them. 2. The Client must be older than 18 years and he must be an owner of an account kept in a bank during the whole period of the Contract, if he stated this number in the Contract and/ or in a registration form (obligatorily in the registration form). 3. Membership in the Niké Club is voluntary and free-of-charge. No obligations and duties arise for the member from it. 4. Niké reserves the right not to accept any applicant for membership in the Niké Club, without giving any reason. 5. Members of the Niké Club make up a selective club, while there is no legal claim to the selection. 6. Each member of the Niké Club can have one membership only. Niké reserves the right to cancel the Client s membership accounts in the case of a multiple registration of one Client. 7. The membership in the Club is not transferable and bonuses and advantages acquired cannot be subject to inheritance law. Only funds on the Client s Personal Betting Account can be subject to inheritance law. 8. The membership in the Niké Club arises by the conclusion of the Contract. The Client will be given a temporary Club Card at the time the membership arose (by the conclusion of the Contract) in a branch. Subsequently, an original (plastic) Club Card will be sent to him within 10 calendar days. In the case of on-line registration, the original Club Card will be sent to the Client within 5 calendar days of the registration. 9. The Client can make use of advantages of the membership in the Niké club from the moment of the conclusion of the Contract and/or successful on-line registration. 10. The Client, who is a member of the Niké Club, identifies himself with the Niké Club Card. 11. The Club Card is free of charge. It includes a card number, a bar code, a nickname and is made out to the Client s name. 12. The Club Card is in the ownership of Niké for the whole period of use. 13. In the case the card is lost, damaged or stolen, the Client is obligated to immediately inform Niké on this fact. In such case, a new Club Card will be issued for him for a fee. 14. In the case the card is lost, misused or stolen, Niké is not liable for possible damages incurred by the Client. 15. Before any transaction in a branch, when the Client is interested to acquire advantages and bonuses, the Client is obligated to submit his Club Card to the staff in advance. Failure to submit the card for any reason means that transactions are not included into advantages of the Niké Club and it cannot be included into these advantages additionally. 16. Niké is authorised to block any Club Card anytime in the case of suspicion of unauthorised use. The card will be unblocked after the suspicion has been investigated. 17. The staff of a Niké branch are entitled to take the Club Card away in case it was used by an unauthorised person. 18. In his own interest, the Client undertakes to inform Niké on a change in data in the Contract and/or in the registration on-line form. 19. The branch staff are entitled to verify the Client s identity anytime (ID card, passport). 20. In some cases (games, ranking), Niké can state in the evaluation only the nickname printed on the Club Card when publishing the results and ranking of players within competitions. 21. Both Niké and the Client can terminate the Contract in writing pursuant to Article VI of the Contract. 22. In the case of complaints related to the number of acquired Points, Nikos, drawing on Points, Nikos, ranking in some games or other complaints, the data stated by Niké is decisive.

2 23. Niké si vyhradzuje právo kedykoľvek zmeniť podmienky členstva v Klube Niké, pričom tieto zmeny sú pre členov Klubu záväzné. Zmeny sú účinné dňom stanoveným spoločnosťou Niké. 24. Niké si vyhradzuje právo ukončiť vernostný program Klub Niké. Ukončenie musí byť oznámené 1 mesiac vopred. Od dátumu oznámenia o ukončení nebudú Klientom poskytované výhody a bonusy. Všetky nároky členov Klubu, ktoré vznikli pred dátumom oznámenia, budú s členmi Klubu vysporiadané do 60 dní od dátumu oznámenia, potom prepadajú. 25. Pre všetky prípady, ktoré nie sú v týchto podmienkach spomenuté, je záväzné rozhodnutie Niké. 26. Ak po ukončení zmluvy z akýchkoľvek dôvodov nie je možné klientovi do 14 dní doručiť zostatok Osobného stávkového konta bankovým prevodom resp. konečným výberom na pobočke Niké, kde klient uzatvoril Zmluvu, zostatok bude zúčtovaný na mimoriadne výnosy. Čl. II DOČASNÉ A TRVALÉ ČLENSTVO 1. Registráciou sa klient stáva dočasným členom klubu Niké. 2. Pre získanie trvalého členstva musí klient vykonať doplnenie registrácie: a) Osobne na kamenných pobočkách Niké predložením dokladu totožnosti a ďalšieho dokladu, ktoré personál pobočky nascanuje. b) Online odoslaním scanov dokladu totožnosti a ďalšieho dokladu. 3. Podmienky trvalého členstva môže Niké zmeniť v zmysle platnej legislatívy. 4. Získať trvalé členstvo v klube Niké môže klient kedykoľvek počas trvania svojho dočasného členstva. 5. Klient sa stáva trvalým členom klubu Niké po overení a potvrdení odoslaných kópií dokladov spoločnosťou Niké. 6. Pre klienta s dočasným členstvom platia nasledovné obmedzenia: a) Klientovi môže byť obmedzená alebo úplne zakázaná hra cez konkrétne kanály (Kamenná pobočka, Nikinka, Teleniké) b) Klientovi môže byť obmedzená manipulácia s OSK. c) Klientovi môže byť znemožnená účasť na špeciálnych stávkach, hrách a iných akciách spoločnosti Niké. d) Klientovi môže byť znemožnená manipulácia s klubovými bodmi, nákup tiketu za body, kurzového zvýhodnenie a podanie voľného tiketu. Čl. III MATERSKÁ POBOČKA Materská pobočka je spravidla pobočka, kde sa Klient zaregistroval a bola mu vydaná Klubová karta. V prípade on-line registrácie je Klientovou materskou pobočkou Tele-Niké. Do vyhlásených súťaží a hier sa Klientovi započítavajú operácie uskutočnené iba s kartou člena Klubu. V materskej pobočke sa zúčastňuje pobočkových súťaží a hier. Do pobočkových súťaží sa započítavajú len stávky a operácie uskutočnené v materskej pobočke. Do celoslovenských súťaží sa započítavajú stávky a operácie zo všetkých pobočiek (vrátane materskej pobočky). Zmena materskej pobočky Klient môže zmeniť svoju materskú pobočku (na základe jeho žiadosti) a vtedy sa mu jeho nazbierané Niky, Body a pod. prenášajú do novej materskej pobočky. Zmenu môže uskutočniť v ľubovoľnej pobočke Niké (s výnimkou pobočiek typu Nikinka ) formou Zmeny v osobných údajoch a nastavení. Čl. IV STÁVKOVANIE 1. Stávkovanie sa uskutočňuje na základe uzatvorenej Zmluvy a/alebo vyplneného a potvrdeného registračného formulára. Uzatvorenie Zmluvy je možné v každej pobočke Niké (s výnimkou pobočiek typu Nikinka ) alebo na portáloch Niké. 2. Stákovanie sa uskutočňuje: a) v pobočkách NIKÉ b) prostredníctvom internetovej siete na portáloch Niké c) prostredníctvom SMS správ na telefónne čísla uvedené v Informáciách, výhradne však z čísla, ktoré Klient uvedie v Zmluve a/alebo registračnom formulári. 3. Klient môže uzatvárať stávky z ponuky Niké uverejnenej v Kurzovom liste Niké, denníku Šport, teletexte STV a JOJ, internetových portáloch Niké a v pobočkách Niké. 4. Stávky na zápasy uverejnené vo vyššie uvedených médiách nemusia byť prijaté bez uvedenia dôvodu. Taktiež kurzy uverejnené v týchto miestach nemusia byť totožné s kurzami, ktoré tipujúcemu budú pripisované na tiket. 5. Klient môže uzatvárať všetky typy stávok z ponuky kurzových stávok a špeciálnych stávkok, ktoré sú v ponuke v danej pobočke. 6. Pri stávkovaní musia byť dodržané všetky podmienky platného Herného plánu, Zmluvy, týchto Záväzných podmienok, Cenníka a Informácií. 7. Manipulačná prirážka sa pri stávkovaní uplatňuje v zmysle Herného plánu Niké. 8. Uzatvorenie stávky bez použitia Klubovej karty je možné, avšak výhody nie je možné Klientovi pripísať. Príjem tiketov A/ prostredníctvom komunikačných kanálov (SMS a internet) - pobočka Tele-Niké 1. Príjem tiketu - Klient odošle tiket. Ak tento tiket spĺňa všetky pravidlá stávkovania bude mu prijatý. 2. Storno tiketu - Klient môže tiket stornovať do 5 minút od jeho prijatia. Tiket nie je možné stornovať po začatí stávkovej udalosti tipovanej na tikete. 3. Za čas prijatia, storna a pod. tiketu sa považuje čas kedy bol príslušný tiket doručený (SMS správou alebo internetom) do centrálneho počítača Niké. V prípade, ak Klient neobdrží odpoveď, ale jeho tiket bol prostredníctvom SMS správy alebo Internetu doručený do centrálneho počítača Niké, považuje sa jeho tiket za prijatý, stornovaný a pod. 23. Niké reserves its right to change terms and conditions for the membership in the Niké club anytime, while these changes are binding for the members of the Club. The changes enter into effect on the day announced by Niké. 24. Niké reserves its right to terminate the loyalty programme of the Niké Club. The termination must be announced 1 month in advance. Advantages and bonuses will cease to be provided to the Clients from the date of the announcement of the termination. All claims of the members of the Club, which arose before the date of announcement, will be settled with the members of the Club within 60 days of the date of announcement, then they lapse. 25. As for all cases that are not mentioned in these terms and conditions, a decision of Niké is binding. 26. If, after the termination of the Contract, it is not possible, for any reasons, to deliver to the Client, within 14 days, the balance of the Personal Betting Account through wire transfer or in the form of a final withdrawal in a Niké branch, where the Client concluded the Contract, the balance will be accounted for as extraordinary income. Article II TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT MEMBERSHIP 1. By registering, the Client becomes a temporary member of the Niké Club. 2. In order to acquire permanent membership, the Client must supplement the registration: a) Personally in brick and mortar Niké branches by submitting his identity card and another document that will be scanned by the staff of the branch. b) By on-line delivery of the scans of the identity card and another document. 3. Niké can change the terms and conditions of the permanent membership pursuant to applicable legislation. 4. The Client can acquire membership in the Niké Club anytime during the period of his temporary membership. 5. The Client becomes a permanent member of the Niké Club after Niké verifies and confirms the copies of the documents delivered. 6. The following limitations apply to the Client with the temporary membership: a) The Client can be limited or fully prohibited in relation to playing through specific channels (Brick and Mortar Branch, Nikinka, Teleniké) b) The Client s handling of OSK can be limited. c) The Client may not participate in special bets, games and other actions of Niké. d) The Client may not be able to dispose of the club points, to purchase a ticket for points, odds advantage and free ticket. Article III PARENT BRANCH Parent branch usually is a branch where the Client registered himself and where he was given the Club Card. In the case of on-line registration, Tele-Niké is the Client s parent branch. Only transactions made with the card of the member of the Club are included into announced competitions and games. He participates in branch competitions and games in the parent branch. Only bets and transactions made in the parent branch are included into branch competitions. Bets and transactions from all branches (including the parent branch) are included into nationwide competitions. Changing the parent branch The Client can change his parent branch (at his request) and then his Niks, Points, etc. are transferred to his new parent branch. He can make this change in any Niké branch (with the exception of Nikinka branch type) in the form of a Change In Personal Data and Settings. Article IV BETTING 1. Betting takes place on the basis of a concluded Contract and/or a filled in and confirmed registration form. The Contract can be concluded in any Niké branch (with the exception of Nikinka branch type) or on Niké portals. 2. Betting takes place: a) in NIKÉ branches b) by means of the Internet network on Niké portals c) by means of SMS messages to telephone numbers stated in Information, however, exclusively from a number that the Client states in the Contract and/or in the registration form. 3. The Client can place bets from a Niké offer published in the List of Odds, Šport daily, STV and JOJ teletext, the Internet portals of Niké and Niké branches. 4. Bets on matches published in the above-mentioned media may not be accepted without stating a reason. Also, odds published in these places may not be identical with odds assigned to the better s ticket. 5. The Client can place any type of bets from the offer of odds betting and special bets that a given branch offers. 6. When betting, all terms and conditions of the valid Game Plan, Contract, these Terms and Conditions, Pricelist and information must be met. 7. As far as betting is concerned, a handling fee is charged according to the Niké Game Plan. 8. A bet can be place even without using the Club Card, but benefits cannot be assigned to the Client. The acceptance of tickets A/ by means of communication channels (SMS and the Internet) Tele-Niké branch 1. The acceptance of a ticket The Client will send a ticket. If this ticket meets all betting rules, it will be accepted. 2. Cancellation of a ticket the Client can cancel his ticket within 5 minutes of the acceptance thereof. The ticket cannot be cancelled after the start of a betting event selected on the ticket. 3. Time of the delivery of a relevant ticket (through an SMS message or the Internet) to a central computer of Niké is considered a time of the acceptance, cancellation, etc. of the ticket. If the Client does not receive response, but his ticket was delivered to the central computer of Niké through the SMS message or the Internet, his ticket is deemed accepted, cancelled, etc.

3 4. Niké nezodpovedá za škody spôsobené zdržaním, alebo nedoručením tiketu (prostredníctvom elektronických komunikačných sietí) zaslaného alebo prijatého Klientom, resp. jeho chybným doručením, ktoré môže vzniknúť na trase u prevádzkovateľa elektronických komunikačných sietí alebo inou technickou chybou a ani za škody, ktoré týmto Klientovi môžu vzniknúť. 5. Klient súhlasí s tým, že bezpečnosť ním odosielaných a prijímaných SMS správ je na takej úrovni, akú garantuje (poskytuje) prevádzkovateľ mobilnej siete. Klient berie na vedomie, že prípadné škody, ktoré mu vzniknú z dôvodu neuskutočnenia spojenia, neskorého, opakovaného alebo vadného doručenia SMS správy, spôsobeného napr. technickou poruchou alebo iným technickým nedostatkom na strane Niké, resp. prevádzkovateľa mobilnej siete, znáša sám. Klient je povinný overiť si správnosť a platnosť certifikátu webových stránok Niké. Klient je zodpovedný za stav personálneho počítača (napr. napadnutie škodlivým kódom), z ktorého sa pripája na webové stránky Niké. Na ochranu Klienta pri stávkovaní prostredníctvom SMS a jeho finančných prostriedkov mu bude pridelený Identifikačný kód Klienta (ďalej len IKK ) a Bezpečnostný kód Klienta (ďalej len BKK ), pričom IKK sa používa pri všetkých bežných operáciách (napr. tipovanie, zisťovanie stavu Stávkového konta a pod.) a BKK pri mimoriadnych operáciách (napr. blokovanie Stávkového konta, strata telefónu a pod.). Za utajenie týchto kódov zodpovedá v plnej miere Klient. Odtajnenie IKK, resp. BKK, ako aj stratu mobilného telefónu, ktorý Klient používal na tipovanie (či iné mimoriadne udalosti, napr. stratu občianskeho preukazu a pod.) je Klient povinný okamžite oznámiť operátorovi Tele-Niké. Za prípadné škody vzniknuté odtajnením IKK, resp. BKK alebo stratou mobilného telefónu, ktorý Klient používal na tipovanie, nesie zodpovednosť v plnej miere Klient. Niké nezodpovedá za prípadné zneužitie IKK a BKK treťou osobou a za možné škody vyplývajúce z tohto zneužitia. Po oznámení o odtajnení IKK, resp. BKK, či oznámení o strate mobilného telefónu, Niké zablokuje Stávkové konto Klienta a pridelí mu nové ochranné kódy. 6. Na ochranu Klienta a jeho finančných prostriedkov pri stávkovaní na portáloch Niké bude Klientovi po uskutočnení prvého vkladu na Stávkové konto pridelená Gridová karta, ktorá mu bude doručená po podpísaní Zmluvy, resp. Dodatku o stávkovaní... poštou na adresu a/alebo po uskutočnení úspešnej on-line registrácie zaslaná om. Prihlasovacie meno a heslo musí Klient používať pri prihlásení na portáloch Niké. Pri on-line registrácii si Klient zadá prihlasovacie meno a heslo podľa vlastného uváženia (v zmysle pravidiel tvorby mena a hesla uvedeného na portáli). Za prípadné škody vzniknuté odtajnením prihlasovacieho mena, hesla alebo Gridovej karty, ktoré Klient používa na stávkovanie, nesie v plnej miere zodpovednosť Klient. Niké nezodpovedá za prípadné zneužitie prihlasovacieho mena, hesla a Gridovej karty treťou osobou a za možné škody vyplývajúce z tohto zneužitia. Stratu Gri- dovej karty je Klient povinný okamžite oznámiť operátorovi Tele-Niké. Po oznámení o strate Gridovej karty Niké zablokuje Stávkové konto Klienta a pridelí mu novú Gridovú kartu. 7. Na ochranu Klienta a jeho finančných prostriedkov pri stávkovaní v pobočke bude Klientovi pre potvrdenie finančnej transakcie zaslaný overovací SMS kód na číslo mobilu, ktoré uviedol v Zmluve. Pre potvrdenie požadovanej transakcie voči Stávkovému kontu doručený SMS kód nahlási Klient personálu pobočky, ktorá ho zadá do systému. Za prípadné škody vzniknuté zneužitím Klubovej karty a mobilného čísla (na ktorý je zasielaný SMS kód) treťou osobou, nesie v plnej miere zodpovednosť Klient. Stratu Klubovej karty a/ alebo mobilu je Klient povinný okamžite oznámiť operátorovi Tele-Niké, Niké zablokuje Klubovú kartu a pridelí mu novú. 8. Klient súhlasí s tým, že všetky hracie aktivity na internete vykonané z jeho konta, ktoré je chránené prístupovým menom a heslom, vykonal on a nesie za ne plnú zodpovednosť. B/ v pobočkách NIKÉ 1. Príjem tiketu - ak tiket spĺňa všetky pravidlá stávkovania bude Klientovi prijatý. Po zaplatení vkladu a manipulačnej prirážky je Klientovi vydaný tiket. V niektorých prípadoch môže tento pozostávať aj z viacerých častí. 2. Storno tiketu - Klient môže tiket stornovať do 20 minút od jeho prijatia. Tiket nie je možné stornovať po začatí stávkovej udalosti tipovanej na tikete. Niké si vyhradzuje právo neprijať ľubovoľnú stávku, resp. ľubovoľný zápas bez uvedenia dôvodu. Príjem stávok sa riadi ustanoveniami Herného plánu Niké, ktorý určuje postup a pravidlá uzatvárania a vyhodnocovania stávok v Niké. Čl. V OSOBNÉ STÁVKOVÉ KONTO KLIENTA I. Všeobecne: 1. Zaplatením základného predplatného bude Klientovi aktivované Osobné stávkové konto Klienta (ďalej len Stávkové konto ). 2. Klubová karta v prípade Stávkového konta slúži aj ako elektronická peňaženka. 3. Klienti, ktorí uskutočňujú operácie priamo v pobočkách Niké môžu na Stávkové konto vkladať peniaze v hotovosti, hotovosť z neho vyberať, prípadne uskutočňovať bezhotovostné operácie voči Stávkovému kontu, tzn. pripísať si výhry z tiketov podaných v pobočke na Stávkové konto alebo platiť za operácie uskutočnené v pobočke zo Stávkového konta (napr. platba za podaný tiket v pobočke). 4. Klientovi Tele-Niké (tipovanie prostredníctvom SMS a/alebo internetu) sa výhry na tiketoch podaných prostredníctvom mobilných a elektronických sietí pripisujú na Stávkové konto automaticky. Herný vklad sa Klientovi automaticky odpočíta z jeho Stávkového konta ihneď pri prijatí tiketu. 5. Poplatky za služby budú Klientovi automaticky odpočítavané z jeho Stávkového konta a to bez ohľadu na to, či služba bola poskytnutá v pobočke alebo prostredníctvom elektronických komunikačných kanálov v zmysle platného Cenníka. 6. Stav svojho Stávkového konta si môže Klient overiť prostredníctvom SMS správy, na portáloch Niké alebo priamo v pobočke po predložení Klubovej karty. II. Finančné operácie so Stávkovým kontom 1. Hotovostné operácie so Stávkovým kontom Klienta A/ Vklady - doplnenie Stávkového konta v hotovosti je možné v pobočkách Niké s výnimkou pobočiek typu Nikinka. minimálna výška vkladu v hotovosti v pobočke je 5,- EUR, maximálna výška vkladu je 2 000,00 EUR v jednom dni. Pri vklade je Klient povinný obsluhe pobočky predložiť Klubovú kartu a preukaz 4. The Client is obligated to verify the correctness and validity of a certificate of Niké websites. The Client is responsible for the condition of a personal computer (e.g. an attack by a malicious code) through which he is connected to the Niké websites. In order to protect the Client during betting by means of SMS and his funds, the Client will be assigned Client s Identification Code (hereinafter referred to as the CIC ) and a Client s Security Code (hereinafter referred to as the CSC ), while the CIC is used in relation to all usual transactions (e.g. betting, checking the balance of the Betting Account, etc.) and the CSC is used in relation to extraordinary transactions (e.g. the blocking of the Betting Account, the loss of a mobile phone, etc.). The Client is fully responsible for keeping these codes secret. The Client is obligated to immediately inform Tele-Niké operator on the disclosure of the CIC and the CSC, the loss of the mobile phone that the Client used to place bets (or other extraordinary events, such as the loss of his identity card, etc.). The Client is fully liable for possible damages caused by the disclosure of the CIC or the CSC or the loss of mobile phone that the Client used to place bets. Niké is not responsible for possible misuse of the CIC and the CSC by a third party and for possible damages arising from such misuse. After the announcement of the disclosure of the CIC or the CSC or after a notice of the loss of mobile phone, Niké will block the Client s Betting Account and will assign to him new protective codes. 6. In order to protect the Client and his funds when placing bets on Niké portals, the Client, after his first deposit is paid to the Betting Account, will be given the Grid Card, which will be delivered to him after he signs the Contract or an Addenda about Betting by mail to an address and/or it will be sent to him through after successful on-line registration. The Client must use his username and password when logging in to Niké portals. As for online registration, the Client will enter his username and password at his discretion (according to the rules for the creation of username and password stated on the portal). The Client is fully responsible for possible damages caused by the disclosure of his username, password or the Grid Card, which the Client uses for betting. Niké is not responsible for possible misuse of username, password and the Grid Card by a third party and for possible damages arising from such misuse. The Client is obligated to immediately inform Tele-Niké operator on the Loss of the Grid Card. After the announcement of the loss of the Grid Gard, Niké will block the Client s Betting Account and will assign to him a new Grid Card. 7. In order to protect the Client and his funds during betting in a branch, a verification SMS code will be sent to a mobile phone, which the Client stated in the Contract, in order to confirm the Client s financial transaction. In order to confirm requested transaction toward the Betting Account, the Client will report the delivered SMS code to the branch staff who will enter it into the system. The Client is fully liable for possible damages caused by the misuse of the Club Card and mobile phone (to which the SMS code is sent) by a third party. The Client is obligated to immediately inform Tele-Niké operator on the loss of the Club Card and/or his mobile phone. Niké will block the Club Card and will assign to him a new one. 8. The Client agrees with the fact that all gaming activities on the Internet performed from his account, which is protected by his username and password, were performed by him and he is fully responsible for them. B/ in NIKÉ branches 1. The acceptance of a ticket if the ticket meets all betting rules, it will be accepted. The ticket is given to the Client after he has paid a deposit and a handling surcharge. In some cases, it can consist of several parts. 2. The cancellation of a ticket the Client can cancel his ticket within 20 minutes of its acceptance. The ticket cannot be cancelled after the start of a betting event selected on the ticket. Niké reserves its right not to accept any bet or any match without giving a reason. The acceptance of bets is governed by the Niké Game Plan that specifies procedure and rules for the placing and evaluation of bets in Niké. Article V THE CLIENT S PERSONAL BETTING ACCOUNT I. Generally: 1. The Client s Personal Betting Account (hereinafter the Betting Account ) will be activated after a basic subscription has been paid. 2. The Club Card, in the case of the Betting Account, serves as an electronic wallet. 3. Clients who perform transactions directly in Niké branches can deposit cash in the Betting Account, withdraw cash from it, or carry out cashless transactions in relation to the Betting Account, i.e. to credit winnings from tickets submitted in a branch to the Betting Account or to pay for transactions performed in the branch from the Betting Account (e.g. payment for a ticket submitted in the branch). 4. As for a Tele-Niké client (betting by means of SMS and/or the Internet), his winnings on tickets submitted by means of mobile and electronic networks are credited to the Betting Account automatically. Wager is automatically deducted from the Client s Betting Account immediately after the ticket is accepted. 5. Service fees will automatically be deducted from the Client s Betting Account, regardless whether the service was rendered in a branch or by means of electronic communication channels according to a valid Pricelist. 6. The Client can check the balance of his Betting Account by means of an SMS message, on Niké portals or directly in a branch after he submitted his Club Card. II. Financial transactions with the Betting Account 1. Cash transactions with the Client s Betting Account A/ Deposits the Betting Account can be supplemented with cash in Niké branches, with the exception of Nikinka branches. The minimum amount of cash deposit in a branch is EUR 5.00, the maximum amount of deposit is EUR 2, in one day. As for deposit, the Client is obligated to submit to the branch staff his Club Card and identity

4 totožnosti. Po zaregistrovaní vkladu sa Stávkové konto automaticky zvýši o vloženú sumu a Klient obdrží doklad o realizácii vkladu na Stávkové konto. V prípade, ak Klient nemá k dispozícii svoju Klubovú kartu, personálu oznámi číslo svojej Zmluvy a predloží doklad totožnosti. V pobočke mu zrealizujú vklad rovnakým spôsobom ako pri predložení Klubovej karty. Niké nenesie zodpovednosť za pripísanie predplatného na iné Stávkové konto, ak je toto spôsobené chybou Klienta. Klient je povinný skontrolovať si doklad o vklade, ktorý obdrží v pobočke po realizácii operácie. Reklamáciu nesprávne pripísaného vkladu je možné podať iba písomnou formou - doručením do pobočky alebo centrály spoločnosti Niké. B/ Výbery - výber hotovosti zo Stávkového konta je možné v pobočkách s výnimkou pobočiek typu Nikinka Klient si môže o výber požiadať nasledovnými spôsobmi: a) zaslaním SMS správy v požadovanom tvare z mobilného čísla, ktoré Klient uviedol v Zmluve b) zadaním požiadavky vo formulári na internete Do svojej požiadavky na výber uvedie výšku sumy, ktorú chce vybrať, organizačné číslo pobočky, v ktorej si sumu vyzdvihne a požiadavku potvrdí - pri SMS potvrdzuje IKK kódom, pri požiadavke zadanej na internete potvrdzuje požiadavku pomocou Grid karty, za predpokladu, že má zvolenú vyššiu úroveň bezpečnosti (dodatočná autentifikácia). V týchto prípadoch je požiadavka Klienta akceptovaná a zaznamenaná v systéme Niké a výber môže zrealizovať v ním požadovanej pobočke do 3 kalendárnych dní od zadania požiadavky. V pobočke si výber vyzdvihne a prevzatie potvrdí podpisom na pokladničnom doklade. O uskutočnení výberu obdrží doklad o realizácii výberu. V prípade, ak si Klient v stanovenom termíne finančné prostriedky nevyzdvihne, požiadavka výberu bude v systéme zrušená a prostriedky budú pripísané späť na Stávkové konto (zrušenie blokovania). V prípade prechodného nedostatku finančných prostriedkov v pobočke, budú Klientovi peniaze vyplatené v čo najkratšom možnom termíne. c) nahlásením požiadavky o výber personálu pobočky Niké - pred začiatkom operácie musí personálu predložiť Klubovú kartu k jej načítaniu. Klient následne oznámi výšku sumy, ktorú si chce vybrať. Ak zodpovedá povolenej hranici denného výberu, zostatku na Stávkovom konte Klienta a dostatočnej výške finančných prostriedkov v pobočke, personál čiastku zadá a Klient danú operáciu autorizuje SMS kódom, ktorý mu bol zaslaný na číslo mobilného telefónu uvedeného v Zmluve. SMS kód nahlási personálu pobočky a personál ho zadá do systému. Ak systém túto požiadavku akceptuje, prevzatie sumy potvrdí Klient podpisom na pokladničnom doklade. Po zrealizovaní výberu je Klientovi automaticky znížené Stávkové konto o sumu výberu a poplatok za službu (v zmysle platného Cenníka služieb). Pri každom výbere peňazí v hotovosti je Klient povinný legitimovať sa personálu pobočky Niké platným dokladom totožnosti (občiansky preukaz, pas). Minimálna suma výberu v hotovosti je 10,- EUR. Maximálna suma výberu v hotovosti je 5 000,- EUR v jednom kalendárnom dni (v súčte všetkých hotovostných výberov). Klient môže uskutočniť výber zo Stávkového konta do výšky zostatku 1,- EUR na jeho Stávkovom konte. 2. Bezhotovostné operácie so Stávkovým kontom - bankové A/ Vklady a) bankovým prevodom z osobného účtu Klienta na účet Tele-Niké - pri zasielaní vkladu na Stávkové konto je Klient povinný uviesť ako variabilný symbol číslo svojej Zmluvy. Po pripísaní na účet Tele-Niké sa Stávkové konto automaticky zvýši o poukázanú sumu. V prípade, ak variabilný symbol neuvedie, alebo variabilný symbol uvedie nesprávne, predplatné mu bude na jeho Stávkové konto pripísané až po tom, ako Niké zistí a overí odosielateľa predplatného. Niké nenesie zodpovednosť za pripísanie predplatného na iné stávkové konto, ak je toto spôsobené chybou pri zadávaní variabilného symbolu Klientom alebo bankou. b) prostredníctvom Teleplatbv c) rýchlou platbou - prostredníctvom Internet bankingu - priamo prechodom prihláseného Klienta na portáloch Niké z portálu na web stránku jeho banky (ak banka, v ktorej má Klient aktivovanú službu Internet banking, je v ponuke tejto formy doplnenia Stávkového konta na portáli Niké) d) platobnou kartu - služba Cardpay prihláseného Klienta na portáloch Niké priamo prechodom z portálu Niké na web stránku banky, ktorá túto službu poskytuje Niké. B/ Výbery Požiadavku na výber bankovým prevodom na osobný účet Klienta je možné zadať: a) SMS správou v požadovanom tvare b) na internetovom portáli - vo formulári pre výber Klient, ktorý uvedie v Zmluve aj číslo svojho osobného účtu, môže kedykoľvek prostredníctvom SMS správy (v ktorej uvedie výšku sumy, ktorú chce vybrať a IKK), resp. požiadavky prostredníctvom Internetu (do ktorej uvedie výšku sumy, ktorú chce vybrať a v prípade nastavenej vyššej úrovne bezpečnosti vykoná dodatočnú autorizáciu pomocou Gridovej karty) požiadať o výber zo svojho Stávkového konta na svoj osobný účet. Prevod zo Stávkového konta na osobný účet Klienta sa bude uskutočňovať zaokrúhlene na celé eurocenty. Z dôvodu bezpečnosti budú Klientovi poukázané finančné prostriedky zo Stávkového konta len na jeho osobný účet, ktorý uvedie na Zmluve a/alebo registračnom formulári. Niké poukáže Klientovi požadovanú sumu najneskôr 2 pracovné dni po obdržaní jeho žiadosti. Dňom poukázania finančných prostriedkov zo Stávkového konta sa rozumie deň, kedy bola čiastka odpísaná z účtu Niké. V prípade akýchkoivek pochybností zo strany Niké môže byť Klient požiadaný o autorizáciu ktorejkoľvek operácie telefonicky alebo písomne. 3. Bezhotovostné operácie - pobočkové (s výnimkou pobočiek typu Nikinka ) Klient, ktorý má zriadené Stávkové konto, môže v pobočkách Niké uskutočňovať nasledovné bezhotovostné operácie: card. B/ Withdrawals cash can be withdrawn from the Betting Account in branches, with the exception of Nikinka branches. The Client can ask for withdrawal in the following ways: a) sending an SMS message in a requested form from a mobile phone that the Client stated in the Contract b) submitting a request using a form on the Internet His request for withdrawal will include an amount he wants to withdraw, organisational number of a branch in which he will pick up the amount a he will confirm the request in the case of SMS he uses the CIC, in the case of request submitted through the Internet he confirms the request with his Grid Card provided that he has selected a higher level of security (additional authentication). In such cases the Client s request is accepted and recorded in Niké system and he can withdraw cash in a branch he has selected within 3 calendar days of the submission of his request. He will pick up cash in the branch and he will confirm the withdrawal by signing a sales receipt. He will also be given a document confirming the cash withdrawal. If the Client does not pick up the funds within a specified time limit, the request for withdrawal will be cancelled in the system and the funds will be re-credited to the Betting Account (the cancellation of blocking). In the case of a temporary lack of funds in a branch, the money will be paid out to the Client as soon as possible. c) reporting a request for withdrawal to a Niké branch staff before such transaction starts, he must submit his Club Cart to the staff in order to upload it. Subsequently, the Client will announce an amount that he wants to withdraw. It the amount corresponds with the allowed limit of a daily withdrawal, the balance on the Client s Betting Account and the sufficient level of funds in the branch, the staff will enter the amount and the Client will authorise the transaction with an SMS code that was sent to him to a mobile phone number stated in the Contract. He will report the SMS code to the branch staff and the staff will enter it into the system. If the system accepts this request, the Client will confirm the takeover of the amount by signing a sales receipt. After the withdrawal is completed, the Client s Betting Account is automatically decreased by withdrawal amount and service fee (according to a valid Pricelist of Services). The Client is obligated, in relation to each withdrawal of cash, to prove his identity to the Niké branch staff using a valid identity document (identity card, passport). The minimum amount of cash withdrawal is EUR The maximum amount of cash withdrawal is EUR 5, in one calendar day (the total of all cash withdrawals). The Client can make withdrawal from the Betting Account up to the balance in the amount of EUR 1.00 remaining in his Betting Account. 2. Cashless transactions with the Betting Account banking A/ Deposits a) by a wire transfer from the Client s personal account to Tele-Niké account when sending a deposit to the Betting Account, the Client is obligated to state the number of his Contract as a variable symbol. After the amount has been credited to the Tele-Niké account, the Betting Account will be automatically increased by the amount deposited. If the Client does not state the variable symbol, or if he states it incorrectly, subscription will be credited to his Betting Account after Niké identifies and verifies the sender of the subscription. Niké is not responsible for the crediting of the subscription to a different betting account if it is caused by an error when the Client or a bank enters the variable symbol. b) by means of a Telepayment c) by a quick payment by means of Internet banking directly when the Client, who is logged in the Niké portals, switches from the portals to his bank s website (if the bank, in which the Client has activated the Internet banking service, is included in the offer of this form of supplementation of the Betting Account on the Niké portal) d) by a card payment a Cardpay service of the Client, who is logged in the Niké portals, directly switching from the Niké portal to the website of the bank that renders such service to Niké. B/ Withdrawals A request for withdrawal through wire transfer to the Client s personal account can be submitted: a) by an SMS message in a requested form b) on Internet portal using a withdrawal form The Client who states the number of his personal account in the Contract, can, anytime, by means of the SMS message (in which he will state the amount that he wants to withdraw and the CIC), or a request by means of the Internet (in which he will state the amount that he wants to withdraw and in the case of a higher security level he will perform an additional authorisation through the Grid Card), request withdrawal from his Betting Account to his personal account. Transfer from the Betting Account to the Client s personal account will be made rounded up to whole eurocents. For reasons of security, funds from the Betting Account will be credit only to the Client s personal account, which he will state in the Contract and/or registration form. Niké will transfer the amount requested to the Client not later than 2 working days after receiving his request. Day on which the amount was debited from Niké account, is considered a day of debiting the funds from the Betting Account. If there are any doubts on the part of Niké, the Client can be asked to authorise any transaction by phone or in writing. 3. Cashless transactions branch transactions (with the exception of Nikinka branches) The Client, who has opened his Betting Account, can make the following cashless transactions in Niké branches:

5 a) Prevod na konto v prípade výhry na tikete podanom v pobočke sa môže Klient rozhodnúť, že si dá výhru pripísať na svoje Stávkové konto v prípade výhry v niektorej z hier organizovaných Niké (napr. Miliónový Nikár atď) si môže dať výhru pripísať na Stávkové konto b) Platba z konta pri podávaní tiketov v pobočke, resp. iných operáciách, pri ktorých Niké od Klienta požaduje úhradu za vykonané operácie, sa Klient môže rozhodnúť, že ich uhradí zo svojho Stávkového konta pri bezhotovostných operáciách z konta je pred ukončením danej operácie nevyhnutná autorizácia Klienta SMS kódom. Klient nahlási personálu pobočky SMS kód, ktorý mu bol zaslaný na jeho číslo mobilného telefónu a pre potvrdenie operácie personál pobočky zadá SMS kód do systému. vrátenie vkladu zo stornovaného tiketu podaného v pobočke, ktorý bol uhradený bezhotovostne zo Stávkového konta, je možné opäť pripísať späť na Stávkové konto, alebo je možné ho Klientovi vyplatiť v hotovosti (v prípade, že v pobočke je dostatok finančnej hotovosti). Pri bezhotovostných operáciách v pobočkách nie je povolená kombinácia platieb - časť v hotovosti a časť bezhotovostne. Klient sa pri platení vopred rozhodne o spôsobe, ktorým chce zaplatiť, resp. akou formou mu má Niké výhru vyplatiť. Po uskutočnení bezhotovostnej operácie v pobočke Klient obdrží doklad (potvrdenie) o vykonaní danej operácie (prevod na konto, platba z konta), ktorý je podpísaný Klientom a personálom pobočky. Čl. VI BODYKONTO Bodové konto (Body konto) je účet Klienta, na ktorom sú evidované získané Body. Stav Body konta je evidovaný v systéme Niké a jeho stav je možné po predložení Klubovej karty zistiť v ktorejkoľvek pobočke. Stav Body konta je tiež možné zistiť po prihlásení Klienta na portáloch Niké. Klient tipujúci prostredníctvom SMS zistí stav Body konta zaslaním SMS správy v požadovanom tvare. Stav Body konta Klienta je vytlačený aj na tikete podanom v pobočke. Získané Body za príslušný kalendárny rok má člen Klubu Niké právo vyčerpať do príslušného kalendárneho roka. Body nevyčerpané do tohto dátumu sa ku dňu nasledujúcemu po dni automaticky z Body konta vymazávajú. V prípade, ak Niké nerozhodne inak, nebudú za deň Klientom pripisované Body získané za návštevy alebo za vklady. Body budú Klientovi pripisované na jeho Body konto vždy jedenkrát denne a to v súčte získaných Bodov za predchádzajúci deň. Pripisovanie Bodov bude Niké realizovať obvykle v dopoludňajších hodinách. A. Získavanie Bodov Body sú jednotky, ktoré získava Klient Klubu Niké podľa nasledujúcich parametrov: a) na základe početnosti návštev Pod návštevami sa rozumie podanie prvého stávkového tiketu (prijatého a nestornovaného) v niektorom z dní kalendárneho týždňa s výnimkou pobočky Tele-Niké. Klient získava Body po 4. návšteve v týždni = 100 Bodov. b) na základe výšky herného vkladu Za každých 10 centov vkladu na tikete = 1 Bod V prípade rozpisového tiketu je za herný vklad považovaný vklad na celý rozpis. Denný limit Bodov získaných na základe výšky herného vkladu je maximálne 1500 Bodov. Body sa zbierajú za všetky typy podaných stávok, s výnimkou sólo stávok. B. Čerpanie bodov Klient môže čerpať Body na získavanie výhod vyplývajúcich z členstva v Klube Niké nasledovne: 1. Kurzové zvýhodnenie Klient si môže zakúpiť na svoj tiket, ktorý bude spĺňať stanovené parametre, kurzové zvýhodnenie. Kurzové zvýhodnenie si môže klient zakúpiť ako percentuálny násobok výsledného kurzu tiketu. Minimálne kurzové zvýhodnenie predstavuje jeden percentuálny bod, pričom navýšenie kurzového zvýhodnenia je vždy o jedno celé percento. Klient zaplatí za každé 1 percento a každý jeden cent herného vkladu 0,1 Bodu, zaokrúhlene na celé Body smerom nahor. Príklad: Herný vklad 1 EUR a kurzové zvýhodnenie 38% (kurz 1,38) bude predstavovať 380 Bodov. 2. Nákup tiketu Klient si môže za Body zakúpiť herný vklad na tiket a to tak, že tento neuhradí v hotovosti, ale prostredníctvom Bodov. Klient zaplatí čiastku v hotovosti (alebo zo Stávkového konta) a zvyšný herný vklad doplatí Bodmi. Niké na tiket pripíše také kurzové zvýhodnenie (Niké kurz), ktoré tvorí násobok 1000 Bodov za každé 1 EUR zakúpeného vkladu. Príklad: Klient si chce kúpiťdodatočný vklad 1 EUR. Zaplatí vklad 10 centov a 1000Bodov. Niké vystaví tiket s Niké kurzom 10. Klient tak získava tiket s hodnotou 1 EUR (0,10 EUR x 10 = 1EUR), na ktorý si môže vsadiťním vybrané zápasy. Klient môže nakupovať tikety za 10, 20 a 30 centov, bude platiť 1 000, alebo Bodmi a získa tak hodnotu tiketu 1,2 alebo 3 EUR. Klient zaplatí v hotovosti Klient zaplatí Bodmi Niké kurz Hodnota tiketu 10 centov EUR 20 centov EUR 30 centov EUR Pri nákupe tiketu nie je možné za Body kupovať rozpisový tiket. Denný limit nákupu kurzového zvýhodnenia a nákupu tiketu je bez obmedzenia. 3. Voľný tiket Niké môže pre Klientov Klubu pripravovať rôzne akcie. Splnením stanovených kritérií môže Klient získať voľný tiket. Voľný tiket pozostáva z herného vkladu, ktorý hradí Niké a Niké kurzu! Za Voľný tiket Klient neplatí žiadnu finančnú ani bodovú protihodnotu. Podmienky, za ktorých bude Klientovi priznaný Voľný tiket, budú definované v pobočkách, a) Transfer to an account in the case of a win on a ticket submitted in a branch, the Client can decide that the win will be credited to his Betting Account in the case of a win in one of games organised by Niké (e.g. Miliónový Nikár Million Niké Player, etc.), the win can be credited to the Betting Account b) Payment from an account when submitting tickets in a branch or in the case of other transactions in relation to which Niké asks the Client to pay for the transactions performed, the Client can decide to pay for them from his Betting Account. as far as cashless transactions from an account are concerned, the Client s authorisation through an SMS code is required before the transaction in question is completed. The Client will report the SMS code, which was sent to his mobile phone number, to the branch staff and the staff will enter the SMS code into the system in order to confirm the transaction. the return of a deposit from a cancelled ticket submitted in a branch, which was paid by cashless payment from the Betting Account, can be credited back to the Betting Account or it can be paid out to the Client in cash (if the branch has enough cash in hand). As far as cashless transactions in branches are concerned, a combination of payments is not allowed a part in cash and a part in cashless payment. When paying, the Client will decide in advance on the method of payment or in what way Niké should pay out his win. After a cashless transaction has been performed in a branch, the Client will receive a document (confirmation) on the performance of the given transaction (transfer to an account, payment from an account), which will be signed by the Client and the branch staff. Article VI BODYKONTO (POIN TACCOUNT) A Point Account is an account of the Client, in which points acquired are registered. Balance of the Point Account is registered in a Niké system and the balance can be checked in any branch after submission of the Club Card. The balance of the Point Account can also be checked after the Client logs in to Niké portals. The Client, placing bets by means of SMS, can check the balance of the Point Account by sending an SMS message in a requested form. The balance of the Client s Point Account is also printed on a ticket submitted in a branch. A member of the Niké Club can use the Points acquired for the relevant calendar year until 31 December of the relevant calendar year. Points not used as of this date will be automatically deleted from the Point Account as of the next day after 31 December. Unless Niké decides otherwise, Points acquired for visits or deposits will not be assigned to the Client for the day of 31 December. Points will be credited to the Client s Point Account always once a day as a total of the Points acquired for the previous day. Niké will credit the Points usually in the morning hours. A. Obtaining the Points The Points are units that the Niké Club Client obtains according to the following parameters: a) on the basis of the number of visits Visit means the submission of the first betting ticket (accepted and not cancelled) on one of the days of the calendar week, with the exception of Tele-Niké branch. The Client starts to obtain the Points after the 4th visit in the week = 100 Points. b) on the basis of the amount of wager For each 10 cents of deposit on the ticket = 1 Point In the case of a multiple-way ticket, deposit for the whole ticket is considered a wager. Daily limit of the Points obtained on the basis of the amount of the wager cannot exceed 1,500 Points. The Points are collected for any types of the bets submitted, with the exception of solo bets. B. Using the Points The Client can use the Points in order to acquire advantages arising from his membership in the Niké Club as follows: 1. Odds advantage The Client can by odds advantage in relation to his ticket, which will meet defined parameters. The Client can buy odds advantage as a percentage multiple of resulting odds of the ticket. Minimum odds advantage represents one percentage point, while the odds advantage is always increased by one full percentage point. The Client will pay for each 1 percent and for each one cent of the wage 0.1 Point, rounded up to whole Points upwards. Example: A wager of EUR 1.00 and odds advantage of 38 % (odds of 1.38) will represent 380 Points. 2. Buying a ticket The Client can use the Points to buy a ticket wager so that he will pay for it in cash or by means of the Points. The Client will pay the amount in cash (or from the Betting Account) and he will pay the remaining wager in the form of the Points. Niké will assign to the ticket such odds advantage (Niké odds) that represents the multiple of 1,000 Points for each EUR 1.00 of the deposit purchased. Example: The Client wants to buy an additional deposit of EUR He will pay a deposit of 10 cent and 1,000 Points. Niké will issue a ticket with a Niké odds 10. Thus, the Client obtains a ticket with the value of EUR 1.00 (EUR 0.10 x 10 = EUR 1.00), which he can use to bet on selected matches. The Client can buy tickets for 10, 20 and 30 cents, he will pay using 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 Points and he will acquire the value of the ticket of EUR 1.00, 2.00 or The Client pays in cash The Client pays with the Points Niké odds Ticket value 10 cents 1, EUR cents 2, EUR cents 3, EUR 3.00 When buying a ticket, it is not possible to use the Points to buy a multiple-way ticket. The daily limit of the purchase of the odds advantage and the purchase of the ticket is not limited. 3. Free Ticket For the Club Clients, Niké can organise various events. After meeting defined criteria, the Client can get a Free Ticket. The Free Ticket consists of a wager paid by Niké and Niké odds. The Client pays no financial or point countervalue for the Free Ticket. Conditions, under which the Client can get the Free Ticket, will be defined in branches, on
