1 CITY OF TIMMINS BY- LAW NO BEING A BY-LAW to allow Deni Poulin the owner of Porcupine Canvass at 33 Father Costello Drive to encroach upon Father Costello Drive, in the City of Timmins, and for fixing a fee for such privilege. WHEREAS The Municipal Act, S. O. 2001, C. 25, Section 11, Subsection ( 1) Article 1 and amendments thereto provides that by-laws may be passed by Councils respecting matters within their sphere of jurisdiction which includes highways including parking, traffic and encroachments on highways. AND WHEREAS Deni Poulin is the owner of 33 Father Costello Drive, Timmins. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Timmins enacts the following: 1. THAT Deni Poulin the owner of Porcupine Canvass at 33 Father Costello Drive to encroach upon Father Costello Drive, to allow for the relocation of the hydro service to the front of the building in the City of Timmins. 2. THAT the owner and any successor in title to 33 Father Costello Drive, Tisdale Concession 2 South Part Lot 9, Plan M34S PT lot 16 PT Lot 17, Parcel 5482WT, Timmins shall pay to the Corporation of the City of Timmins Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($ ) for such privilege, and add the Corporation of the City of Timmins to their liability insurance policy which must be a minimum of two million dollars.
