The Chase the Savings Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) is sponsored by Save Mart Supermarkets, a California corporation, 1800 Standiford Ave, Modesto, CA, ( Sponsor ), and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC, Telegraph Road, Suite 405, Southfield, MI ( Administrator ). 1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2018 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ( PT ) and ends on June 26, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the Sweepstakes Period ). The Sweepstakes includes two (2) entry periods (each an Entry Period ) as set forth in the chart below. Entry Period 1 2 Last Day to Receive Mail-In Entries End Date (at Start Date 11:59:59 PM PT) 5/1/18 at 9:00 AM PT 5/25/18 6/4/18 6/5/18 Random Drawing Date 5/26/18 at 12:00 AM PT 6/26/18 7/6/18 7/9/18 Non-winning, eligible Entries, as defined in Section 4, into the first Entry Period will carry forward into second Entry Period. Entries will be made into one of two pools, either the Save Mart Pool or Lucky Pool as defined in these Official Rules. Administrator s computer is the official Sweepstakes clock. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to: (i) Team Members of Save Mart Supermarkets or Team Members of Lucky Supermarkets who are in good standing on the date of entry and who remain in good standing when the prizes are fulfilled, (ii) who are legal United States residents of California or Nevada for Save Mart Team Members or legal United States residents of California only for the Lucky Team Members (collectively, the Territory ), and (iii) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void outside of the Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law. 3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, an eligible individual who enters the Sweepstakes (individually, Entrant and collectively, Entrants ) agrees that 1

2 Sponsor's and/or Administrator s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an Entrant s residential address and address will be the physical address and address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be permitted to update or change their physical address and address provided during the registration process. Each Entrant may be required to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules. Winning a Prize, defined in Section 6, is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any potential winning Entry is subject to confirmation and/or verification and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator. 4. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: A. Purchase Method. During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant may shop at a participating Save Mart Supermarket or Lucky Supermarket. An Entrant will receive one (1) Promo Code for each purchase of five (5) Qualifying Items in a single transaction (a Qualifying Purchase ). There is a maximum of five (5) Promo Codes per transaction. Qualifying Items include only specially marked items that you purchase during the applicable Entry Period(s). For a list of participating items, go to (the Website ) or contact a store Team Member. After completing a Qualifying Purchase, the Entrant will receive a print out which includes the Promo Code(s). Upon entering the Website, the Entrant must initially register for this Sweepstakes by entering a valid address. Then he/she will be taken to a registration page where he/she must enter his/her first and last name (no initials), street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP Code, telephone number, date of birth, answer whether or not he/she is a Save Mart or Lucky Team Member, enter his/her employee identification number, and confirm that he/she has read and agrees to these Official Rules. An Entrant may return to the Website after completing his/her initial registration and access the Website by entering his/her valid address. After completing registration, the Entrant will be required to enter his/her Promo Code. By entering a valid Promo Code, the Entrant will receive an Entry into the Sweepstakes. Each Promo Code may be entered and used once. If the Promo Code is from a Save Mart Supermarket, then an Entrant will automatically be entered into the Save Mart Pool. If the Promo Code is from a Lucky Supermarket, then will automatically be entered into the Lucky Pool. An Entrant may enter up to five (5) Promo Codes per day during the Sweepstakes Period. An Entrant may receive a maximum of five (5) Entries from his/her Promo Codes per day. A day is defined as starting at 12:00 AM PT and ending at 11:59:59 PM PT except on May 1, 2018 when a day will begin at 9:00 AM PT and end at 11:59:59 PM PT. B. Without a Purchase: To obtain Entries without making a purchase, an eligible consumer must legibly hand write his/her complete first and last name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), city, state, ZIP Code, date of birth, telephone number, and valid e- mail address, along with the term Save Mart Pool or Lucky Pool on a 3½ x 5 properly stamped postcard and mail it to: Chase the Savings Sweepstakes, P.O. Box , West Bloomfield, MI (a Mail-In ). Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. 2

3 Mail-in requests must be postmarked by the end of each Entry Period and received by Last Day to Receive Mail Ins as set forth in Section 1. An Entrant will receive five (5) Entries for each Mail-In. Limit one (1) Mail-In per person/ address per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in requests will not be returned and entry will not be acknowledged. Mail-in requests must be original and hand-written. No mechanical reproductions are allowed. If an Entrant accesses the Sweepstakes on his/her mobile device, the Entrant s wireless service provider may charge the Entrant for applicable data charges. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants should review their mobile device s capabilities for specific app instructions. In the event of a dispute as to any Entrant for purposes of the Sweepstakes, the Authorized Account Holder of the address will be deemed the Entrant. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the address by an Internet Access Provider, Online Service Provider or other organization (business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the account used to enter the Sweepstakes. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entrants attempting to use multiple identities may be disqualified, at Sponsor s or Administrator s sole discretion. 5. RANDOM DRAWINGS: On or about the Random Drawing Dates, the Administrator will randomly select the potential Entry Period prize winners from the Save Mart Pool and the Lucky Pool. Selected Entrants will be deemed potential winners pending verification of each one's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Administrator and/or Sponsor s sole discretion. 6. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ( ARV ), AND ODDS OF WINNING: The following "Prizes" will be made available during the Sweepstakes Period and applicable Entry Period as described below: A. Entry Period 1 Grand Prize (2, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each Entry Period 1 Grand Prize the Race Fan Experience for the Toyota/NASCAR Save Mart 350 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Race to be held on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California. The Grand Prize includes all of the following: two (2) reserved upper 1/3 Grandstand Tickets, two (2) Pre-Race Pit Passes for Cold Pit and Driver s Meeting Access, and two (2) Pre-Race Hot Laps passes (guest must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Pre-Race Hot Laps). The ARV of each Grand Prize is $880. The total ARV of all Entry Period 1 Grand Prizes is $1,760. B. Entry Period 1 First Prize (10 pairs, 5 pairs for the Save Mart Pool and 5 pairs for the Lucky Pool): Each Entry Period 1 First Prize is a pair of tickets to the NASCAR Save Mart 350 Race to be held on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California ARV of each Entry Period 1 First Prize is $210. The total ARV of both Entry Period 1 First Prizes is $2,100. C. Entry Period 2 First Prize (2, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each Entry Period 2 First Prize is a 60-inch television. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 First Prize is $500. Odds of Winning a Prize: The odds of winning an Entry Period Prize depend upon the number of eligible Entries into the Sweepstakes for each Entry Period. M. Sponsor, Administrator, Lucky, Lucky California, S-Mart, MaxxValue, Food Maxx, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes Entities ) are not responsible if event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. A winner and/or guest will not receive compensation from Sponsor for a Guest Pass that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the event, but tickets may be subject to standard cancelation policies and procedures set by the issuer. A Nascar.com gift card will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. A Nascar.com gift card will not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without the winner s permission and will be voided if altered or defaced. The use of a Save Mart Gift Card or a Lucky Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the card. A Save Mart Gift Card or a Lucky Gift Card will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. A Save Mart Gift Card or a Lucky Gift Card not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without the winner s permission and will be voided if altered or defaced. No prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a Prize or force majeure. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a Prize for any reason. Each Prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Prizes are non-transferable. 7. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Each potential Prize winner will be notified via to the address entered by the Entrant when registering for the Sweepstakes (the Notification ). Allow 2-3 business days for the Notification after the drawing. Each potential Grand Prize winner (and any other potential winners in Sponsor s sole discretion) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) and any other requested documents within ten (10) calendar days from the date of attempted notification, or the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner, at the Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, at the Sponsor s sole discretion, that Prize may or may not be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from among all remaining eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes period. In the event that a valid response to notification is not received within ten (10) calendar days from the date of attempted notification, if a potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, if a potential winner fails to return any requested paperwork within the specified timeframe, or if any winner notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, then the Prize may, at the Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited. 6 applicable federal, state, and local tax reporting and withholding requirements. All taxes imposed on the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS form 1099-misc for each winner whose prize is valued at six hundred dollars ($600) or more. 9. PRIVACY: Each Entrant agrees that personal data, including but not limited to, name, mailing address, telephone number, and address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the Sweepstakes. This data may also be used by Sponsor to verify an Entrant s identity, valid address, postal address, and telephone number in the event an Entrant qualifies for any applicable Prize as well as to deliver the prize. If it is discovered or suspected, in Sponsor s sole discretion, that an Entrant has registered or attempted to register for the Sweepstakes using multiple addresses or identities, that Entrant, at Sponsor s sole discretion, may be disqualified from participation. If an Entrant is suspected of submitting fraudulent Entries or of inciting others to submit fraudulent Entries on his/her behalf such Entries will be void and that Entrant may be disqualified, at Sponsor s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner, or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstakes. 12. INTERNET: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is canceled, terminated, modified and/or suspended, Sponsor may select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to such event. 13. RELEASE: By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the Released Parties ) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). 7 authority to release the claims stated herein and each expressly waives Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor. 14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether or not caused by Entrants, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software, or lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with Sweepstakes, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, Entries, plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, garbled, delayed, misdirected or stolen mail or Entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entrant's Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant s sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. 15. DISPUTES: IF NOT RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS, ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM SHALL BE RESOLVED BY FINAL BINDING ARBITRATION WITH AN EXPERIENCED ARBITRATOR LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN CALIFORNIA. VENUE FOR ANY PROCEEDINGS WILL BE IN STANISLAUS COUNTY, CALIFORNIA OR IN THE EVENT A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IS NOT LOCATED IN SUCH COUNTY, THE NEAREST COUNTY THERETO WITH A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these 7

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or any Prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor s and/or Administrator s interpretation of these Official Rules is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All Sweepstakes registrations, Entries and/or materials submitted will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. 17.
