1 WILSON S 30 TEAM GLOVE DAY PROMOTION (the Promotion ) OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THIS PROMOTION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. EACH PRIZE WINNER IS ONLY ELIGIBLE TO WIN ONE PRIZE IN THE PROMOTION. Sponsor: Wilson Sporting Goods Co., a Delaware corporation, with a principal office at 8750 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Chicago, IL ( Sponsor ). THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL OR MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PROPERTIES, INC. 1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to permanent, legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Wilson Sporting Goods Co. and any of its respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and any agencies or other companies involved in the development or execution of the Promotion or production or distribution of Promotion materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 2. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. 3. Timing: The Promotion begins on February 2, 2017 at 10:00:00 a.m. Central Time ( CT ) and ends on February 12, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the Promotion Period ). Sponsor s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. 4. How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, visit Wilson.com/gloveday (the Website ) and follow the instructions to submit an entry, including providing your name, address, and address and indicating your favorite Major League Baseball team. BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO WILSON S TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Promotional Period. Multiple entries will not be acknowledged. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same user account or address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different user accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or through any other methods, may void all of that entrant s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. The use of any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a

2 dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the address associated with the user account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential Drawing Prize Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which are disqualified. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to entrants. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the address account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. 5. Winner Determination a. Drawing Prize Determination: Up to thirty (30) potential Drawing Prize Winners (one per Major League Baseball team, as applicable as set forth below) will be selected, from a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period corresponding to the respective team, at dates and times as set forth below. If a potential Drawing Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, cannot be contacted, or the Drawing Prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential Drawing Prize Winner forfeits the Drawing Prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to award the given Drawing Prize to an alternate entrant. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries for each team received during the Promotion Period. The type of Drawing Prize (i.e., A2000 Drawing Prize, Keychain and T-shirt Drawing Prize, or Gear Bag Drawing Prize, as set forth in Section 7) to be awarded for a given drawing shall be determined by Sponsor it its sole discretion. For clarity, no potential Drawing Prize Winner shall have the right to determine which type of Drawing

4 Prize will be awarded in his or her drawing. In the event that no eligible entries are received during the Promotion Period for a particular team, then no Drawing Prize may be awarded for such team. The prize drawings will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final. The Drawing Prize Winner must be 13 years of age at the time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in these Official Rules or the advertising and promotion of the Promotion. Except where prohibited by law, potential Prize Winners may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity & Liability Release and any other reasonably required documents within seven (7) days following attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. By entering this Promotion you grant to Sponsors and/or their designees and affiliates permission to utilize your name, photos and/or likeness for promotion and publicity as Sponsor may deem appropriate from time to time (including use of the Drawing Prize) all without additional compensation to you, except where prohibited by law. Return of any Drawing Prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Sponsors and administrators to contact a potential Winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner. Drawing Prize Winner Requirements: Receiving a Drawing Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential Drawing Prize Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ( Affidavit ), which must be received by Sponsor within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim a Drawing Prize. If a potential Drawing Prize Winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), or Drawing Prize is returned as undeliverable, potential Drawing Prize Winner forfeits the Drawing Prize. In the event that a potential Drawing Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award any given prize to an alternate randomly selected entrant, even if the disqualified Drawing Potential Winner s name or picture may have been publicly announced. If after three (3) attempts a Drawing Prize Winner is not confirmed, the Drawing Prize will remain un-awarded. Acceptance of the Prize shall constitute and signify Drawing Prize Winner s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use Drawing Prize Winner s name, city, state, likeness, picture and/or prize information in connection with the Promotion, worldwide, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. b. Fan Base Prize Determination: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, Sponsor shall tally the total eligible entries received for each Major League Baseball team. The top (5) fan bases based on the greatest total eligible entries received for each team will be the Fan Base Winners. Each Fan Base Winner will receive a Fan Base Prize as detailed below. The five (5) Fan Base Winners shall be announced to entrants via on or about February 13, LIMIT: Only one (1) Fan Base Prize per Fan Base Winner baseball team. 6. Prizes a. Drawing Prizes: Up to thirty (30) Prizes will be randomly awarded to the Drawing Prize Winners: Ten (10) A2000 Drawing Prizes Each A2000 Prize shall consist of one (1) Wilson A2000 Baseball Glove. Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of each: $250.00, ARV of all: $2,500;

5 Ten (10) Keychain and T-shirt Drawing Prizes Each Keychain and T-shirt Prize shall consist of one (1) Wilson A2000 Keychain (ARV: $5) and one (1) Wilson Spring Training T- shirt (ARV: $25). ARV of each Prize: $30, ARV of all: $300; Ten (10) Wilson Gear Bag Drawing Prizes Each Wilson Gear Bag Prize shall consist of one (1) Wilson Team Gear Bag. ARV of each: $50, ARV of all: $500. TOTAL ARV OF ALL DRAWING PRIZES: $3,300 b. Fan Base Prizes Five (5) Fan Base Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Wilson Baseball Prize Pack (each, a Fan Base Prize ). Each Fan Base Prize shall consist of one (1) Wilson A2000 Baseball Glove (ARV of each: $250), ten (10) Wilson A2000 Keychains (ARV of each: $5), and five (5) Wilson T-shirts (ARV of each: $5). TOTAL ARV OF EACH FAN BASE PRIZE: $325, Fan Base Prizes will arrive at a location to be announced on the five (5) Contest Winner baseball teams respective glove days, as detailed above. TOTAL ARV OF ALL FAN BASE PRIZES: $1,625. TOTAL ARV OF PROMOTION: $4,925. The following applies to the Drawing and Fan Base Prizes: except as specifically provided herein, the Prize does not include taxes, or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Prize Winner may be issued an IRS 1099 form. The Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions of prize will be made. If Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. 7. General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in these Official Rules or the advertising and promotion of the Promotion; any kind of electronic, hardware, software or technical problems caused by Sponsor, the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the picture processing; any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries, or which may limit any entrant s ability to participate in this process. If the Promotion becomes compromised, hampered, interrupted, not capable of running as planned, or rendered impossible of performance in any way, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or withdraw the Promotion, or to amend these Official Rules without notice, and, if possible, randomly select potential Prize Winners based on entries submitted prior to or after the cancellation, suspension, reschedule or withdrawal. Each entrant will not knowingly damage or cause interruption to the Promotion and/or prevent others from participating in the process. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION HEREUNDER

6 VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By submitting an entry, entrants will be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. 8. Limitation of Liability/Release: Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the Prize awarded. Except where prohibited by law, by receipt of any Prize, Drawing Prize Winner or entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Major League Baseball, Major League Properties, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the Released Parties ) from and against any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to entrant s participation in the Promotion, the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any traveling related thereto. 9. Governing Law and Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of Winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate Illinois State Court located in Chicago, Illinois; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. 10.
