1 GREENWOOD PLAZA TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXPRESS SHOPPING SPREE COMPETITION 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this ( Promotion ) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in NSW local time. ELIGIBILITY 2. Subject to condition 3, this Promotion is only open to NSW residents. 3. The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, the Mirvac Group or any of the tenants or retailers in the Participating Centre or any of the Promoter s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether by birth or adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter s promotions. PROMOTION PERIOD 4. This Promotion commences at 9am on Monday 9 April 2018 and ends at the participating Centre at 3pm on Thursday 19 April 2018 ( Promotion Period ). 5. Registration for each challenge will close at 3pm, the day prior to the scheduled challenge. 6. The Promotion will be conducted at Greenwood Plaza ( Participating Centre ). HOW TO ENTER 7. To receive an entry in this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the promotion period, undertake the follow steps: 1. Visit Greenwood Plaza s Battle of the Foods website page and register for their preferred challenge. 2. Entrants must include the name of the challenge, phone number and post code, via the registration page. 3. Entrants can register for multiple challenges. 8. By entering this Competition, each entrant consents to being filmed, recorded or photographed over the course of the Competition and agrees that Mirvac may use the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of

2 the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome. LIMITS ON ENTRY 9. Individuals may enter the competition more than once. There are no limits per person. DRAW DETAILS AND WINNER NOTIFICATION 10. There will be four participants chosen at random to participate in each challenge with a total of five challenges scheduled over five days. The draw for each challenge will take place at Greenwood Plaza Level 1/36 Blue Street North Sydney with dates and times specified below. 1. Burrito Eating Challenge draw will take place on Friday 13 April at 1pm, winners notified on the same day at 4pm 2. Dumpling eating challenge draw will take place on Monday 3pm, winners noticed on the same day by 4pm 3. Sushi making challenge draw will take place on Tuesday at 3pm, winners noticed on the same day by 4pm 4. Prawn peeling challenge draw will take place on Wednesday at 3pm, winners noticed on the same day by 4pm 5. Cupcake Decorating draw will take place on Thursday at 3pm, winners noticed on the same day by 4pm 11. Contest rules for each challenge is specified in Appendix A. PRIZES 12. The winner of each challenge of the competition as determined by the judges will be awarded a $500 Romeo s IGA voucher. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: 13. Contestant acknowledges that there are risks of personal injury, illness and possible loss of life, and risks of damage to or loss of personal property, which may result from participating in this Competition. Each Contestant voluntarily enters the Competition and assumes all of these risks. Each Contestant, as a condition of entry, agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mirvac, the Mirvac Group, their vendors, their advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, co-sponsoring companies and their affiliates and agencies, and all officers, directors, employees and agents of the aforesaid entities, from any

3 and all claims and costs, including legal fees, relating to, arising from or in connection with participation in this Competition or the receipt or use of any prize. In so doing, each Contestant releases and indemnifies the aforesaid entities and individuals from liability for injuries or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Competition or the receipt or use of any prize. In no event shall Mirvac Group be liable to a Contestant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the Competition or that Contestant's participation in the Competition, to the fullest extent permitted by law. GENERAL 14. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 15. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. 16. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 17. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including contacting Participating Retailers) and entrants (including an entrant s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 20. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

4 21. The Promoter s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ( Non-Excludable Guarantees ). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Mirvac Group of companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion. 23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Mirvac Group of companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether received by the Promoter or not) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or (f) use of the prize. 24. It is a condition of taking the prize, that the winner sign a deed of release and indemnity in the form required by the Promoter or any prize supplier. 25. The Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant opts in at time of entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in our Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Upon the entrant s request, information provided will be removed from the Promoter s active marketing database. The Promoter is Mirvac Real Estate Pty Ltd (ABN ) of Level 26, 200 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 trading as Greenwood Plaza 1/36 Blue Street North Sydney NSW Mirvac Group means the Promoter, each of the Promoter s related bodies corporate, each person with whom the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate is in joint venture or partnership, and each entity, trust, partnership or fiduciary arrangement (including each managed investment scheme) of any nature of which the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate has been, is or becomes the trustee, manager or responsible entity. 28. Authorized under NSW permit number LTPM APPENDIX A CONTENT RULES There will be one challenge each day, scheduled over five days with four (4) people per round, as determined by Mirvac ( Contestants ). Rules for each challenge specified below; Burrito Eating Challenge Monday 16 April / 1pm / The Atrium Dining Precinct Contestants must attempt to eat a regular Guzman Y Gomez burrito first. The winner will be judged as being the fastest contestant to consume the full burrito without being disqualified. Contestants are permitted to drink water provided as often as required by them during the consumption of dumplings. A Contestant must wait for the starting signal to begin eating and may not touch any dumplings prior to the starting signal. A Contestant must stop eating and must promptly place their hands down on the table once they have consumed the full burrito within the 5 minutes time period or at the 5 minute mark deemed by the stop watch controlled by Mirvac staff. A Contestant may not put any additional food in their mouth after the ending signal, but will be allowed 15 seconds to swallow any food already in their mouth. Dumpling Eating Challenge Tuesday 17 April / 1pm / The Atrium Dining Precinct Contestants must attempt to eat (20) dumplings in the fast time as possible in a 15 minute timeframe provided. The winner will be judged as being the fastest contestant to consume the full 20 dumplings without being disqualified. A Contestant must completely eat a full dumpling before proceeding to the next. Contestants are permitted to drink water provided as often as required by them during the consumption of dumplings. A Contestant must wait for the starting signal to begin eating and may not touch any dumplings prior to the starting signal. A Contestant must show an empty mouth after each dumpling is consumed to their appointed adjudicator. A Contestant must stop eating and must promptly place their hands down on the table once they have consumed the full twenty (20) dumplings within the 15 minutes time period or at the 15 minute mark deemed by the stop watch controlled by Mirvac staff. A Contestant may not put any

6 additional food in their mouth after the ending signal, but will be allowed 15 seconds to swallow any food already in their mouth. Sushi Making Challenge Wednesday 18 April / 1pm / The Atrium Dining Precinct Contestants will be provided with sushi making products to roll a standard sushi roll. Contestants will be given 10 minutes to roll their sushi and will be judged by the head chef from Little Tokyo on the best presented sushi roll. Prawn Peeling Challenge Thursday 19 April / 1pm / The Atrium Dining Precinct Contestants must attempt to peel the most prawns in 60 seconds. Contestants will be provided with 20 prawns each, and the winner will be judged on the most prawns peeled in 60 seconds. Mirvac employee reserves the right to disqualify contestant if deemed that the prawn was not sufficiently peeled. Cupcake Decorating Friday 20 April / 1pm / The Atrium Dining Precinct Contestants must attempt to decorate one cupcake in a 60 second timeframe. Contestants will be given a cupcake and utensils to decorate with and will be judged by Mirvac staff on the best presentation. GENERAL Winners will be decided by Mirvac staff. Mirvac reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant it deems unfit to participate in its absolute discretion without further explanation. Mirvac s decision is final and will not be negotiated and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of any winners. Contestants may eat/participate in the challenges either sitting or standing in their predesignated area using their hands or cutlery only. If a Contestant is deemed by the judges to have done any of the following, at any point prior to or during the round of Competition as applicable, they will be disqualified: Provided a false or incomplete entry form or liability waiver Fails to disclose any health issues (including food allergies) that could jeopardise the Contestant s health or wellbeing Is under the influence of any substance Their appearance is deemed inappropriate by Mirvac staff They start eating prior to the start signal They continue to eat after the ending signal They fail to completely eat a dumpling before beginning to eat another dumpling Regurgitating at any point during the Competition. In the event of a tie between two or more Contestants, the tied Contestants will be required to compete in a tie breaker round where contestants must complete three rounds of hammer, scissors paper.
