While operating a broad panel of Salvage Buyers, AUXION ensures that the CAT A, B and End of Life Vehicle salvage is only available for viewing and offers from vetted, accredited Salvage Agents with verified credentials and permits. Salvage Agents Making Offers on CAT A, B and End of Life Vehicle Salvage: 1. Hold current Waste Facility Permit and Authorised Treatment Facility License. 2. Hold current Waste Collection Permit and/or provide details of undertaking to collect CAT A, B and End of Life Vehicles on their behalf. 3. Make all permits and licenses available for inspection by Mackessy Technology or the salvage Sellers on request. 4. Inform Mackessy Technology Ltd immediately of any change in permit/license status or of an inability to adhere to the requirements specified for CAT A, B and End of Life Vehicle salvage. Salvage Agents Allocated CAT A, B and End of Life Vehicle salvage undertake the following: 1. Collect Salvage within timeframes specified. 2. Undertake not to resell a whole, unprocessed CAT A,B or End of Life Vehicle to a third party. 3. Ensure all Waste Transfer documentation is complete and available for inspection by the holding facility, Mackessy Technology or the salvage Seller on request. 4. Process salvage vehicles as End of Life in-line with legislation and licensing requirements. 5. Issue Certificate of Destruction within 21 days of Allocation. 6. Update Certificate of Destruction details on AUXION. 7. Maintain records as required under legislation. 8. Agree to inspections relating to processing of any salvage Allocated through the AUXION process. Failure by a Salvage Agent to adhere to these requirements will result in automated withdrawal of access to CAT A, B and End of Life Vehicle salvage, pending investigation. Mackessy Technology reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access to salvage, without notice, where compliance with these requirements is in doubt.
