Extension Regulation Extension Regulation 19-21(b) This Section 5 of UGI-PNG Gas Service Tariff No. 9 is updated to be made consistent with Section 5 of UGI Gas Division Tariff No. 6, which updates the methodology utilized to determine allowable investment amounts for extensions and expansions. In addition, clarifying language changes have been made addressing application, contributions, cost elements of estimates, restoration obligations and the provision of facilities supporting daily metering functions and cost obligations. Section 5.7, Special Utility Service, in UGI-PNG Gas Service Tariff No. 8, has been deleted. Section 5.8, Daily Metering and Section 5.9, Pilot Growth Extension Tariff ( GET Gas ) have been
