All responses to the subject solicitation must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. (ET) on April 4, A response received after the exact time specified will not be considered. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes (F.S.). Written notices, formal requests and proceedings must conform with the requirements set forth in Chapter , Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Protests must be filed with the Purchasing Office, Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Suite 100, 2590 Executive Center Circle, Tallahassee, Florida within the time prescribed in Section (3), Florida Statutes and Chapter , Florida Administrative Code. 2 Page 2 ADDENDUM NO. 1 Item #1: Questions and Answers: Question #1: My question is regarding the references section of the bid. Can the references be from projects performed by a supervisor that previously worked for a different company? We have an employee that has extensive experience with these planting projects, but the worked was performed with his previous employer. Please let me know if we can still use these as references. Answer #1: The references must be from the bidder. See language in solicitation document reference form. A minimum of three (3) references from persons or firms for whom the bidder has performed similar jobs as per the specifications in this bid must be supplied with the bid. Item #2: Revised Language: The following language is revised to read the following: p : 1.7 All work shall be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the work commencement date, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Contract Manager or specified in the purchase order contract and written notice to proceed. Work may be performed any day of the week during daylight hours (sunrise to sunset). 1.8 The invoice must be received and approved no later than two (2) weeks from project completion. The Contract Manager shall make a final inspection with the Contractor upon project completion. The Contract Manager shall determine work completeness before payment is authorized. Extension of work commencement dates and work completion dates shall be requested, in writing, by the Contractor. No work shall be conducted prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will have 14 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to complete the project. Work may be performed during week-days (Monday-Friday) during daylight hours (sunrise to sunset). 1.8 Two invoices will be required for this project (see section 5.1 below). The invoice for the initial planting phase of project must be received no later than two (2) weeks from completion of project. The final invoice, submitted upon project completion, will not be approved until full terms of the agreement have been met. pp : 1.7 All work shall be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the work commencement date, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Contract Manager or specified in the purchase order contract and written notice to proceed. Work shall only be performed during week-days (Monday through Friday), unless otherwise specified in writing by the Project Manager. The invoice must be received and approved no later than two weeks from completion of project. All work shall be completed within twenty-five (25) calendar days of the work commencement date, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Project Manager or specified in the purchase order contract and written notice to proceed. The Project Manager shall make a final inspection with the Contractor. The Project Manager shall determine work completeness before payment is authorized. Extension of work commencement dates and work completion dates shall be requested, in writing, by the Contractor. Any extensions granted or rejected by the Contract Manager shall be provided in writing to the Contractor.

Item #2: Revised Term: The following Term language is removed from the contract requirements:

5 Page 5 TERM The contract will be effective for one (1) year upon issuance of purchase order. Project shall be completed by the Contractor one (1) year upon issuance of purchase order. If circumstances constituting Force Majeure have occurred, or if anything occurs beyond the Contractor s control, the Contractor may request in writing an extension of Completion Date. The Contract Manager and the Contract Administrator, upon review of the extension request, will determine and approve if the extension can be made. The Above Language is revised to read the following: Projects shall be completed by the Contractor within the time frame specified for each project.
