Victim received several phone calls from unk Middle Eastern accented males purporting to be from the Wheaton Police Dept. Subjects recited victim's social security number & were attempting to obtain bank & credit card info from victim. Unknown person in FL made an unauthorized withdrawal from victim's checking account. The front license plate was taken from victim's vehicle. Victim's purse was taken from an unattended grocery cart. Purse was located in a garbage can several stores away. A snake was taken from an exhibit. A men's red hybrid 24sp bike, that was secured to a bike rack, was taken.
