C A Summary o f Yo ur Right s Under t he Fair Credit Repo rt ing Act The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in the files of co nsumer repo rting agencies. Thus, yo u can expect to be the subject o f investigative co nsumer repo rts and co nsumer credit repo rts o btained fo r tenant screening purpo ses. Such repo rts may include information about your character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living. With respect to any investigative co nsumer repo rt fro m an investigative co nsumer repo rting agency ( ICRA ), the Co mpany may investigate the information contained in your lease application and other background information about you, including but not limited to o btaining a criminal reco rd repo rt, verifying references, wo rk histo ry, yo ur educatio nal achievements, licensure, and certifications, your driving record, and other information about you, and interviewing people who are knowledgeable about yo u. The results o f this repo rt may be used as a facto r in making tenant screening decisio ns. These reports may contain information regarding yo ur criminal histo ry, so cial security trace, emplo yment and educatio n references, credit histo ry, pro fessio nal licenses and credentials. Yo u have the right, upo n written request made within a reaso nable time after receipt o f this no tice, to request disclosure of the nature and scope of any investigative consumer report.
