1 Eastlink TV Fuelin Around Michelin Tire Give-Away Contest Rules CONTEST PERIOD 1. Eastlink TV's "Fuelin Around Michelin Tire Give-Away" contest (the Contest ) is run by Bragg Communications Inc. (referred to herein as Eastlink ). The Contest begins at 8pm AST Tuesday, November 22nd, 2016 and closes at 12am AST on Monday, December 19th, 2016 (the Contest Period ). CONTEST PERIOD 2. For the purposes of the Contest, the Contest Group is composed of Eastlink, together with its affiliates, retailers, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of material and services related to the Contest, and any other corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or other legal entity involved in the Contest, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and other representatives. ELIGIBILITY 3. To be eligible to enter the Contest, you must be a resident of Atlantic Canada, and be at least 19 years of age. 4. You must exercise the Gift Certificate within twelve months of the Contest Date or the December 20, 2017 expiry date noted on the Gift Certificate, whichever is sooner. 5. Employees of the Contest Group, as well as members of the immediate family (such as their father, mother, brothers, sisters or children) of such employees, their legal or common-law spouses, or any persons with whom such employees reside, are not eligible to enter the Contest. METHODS OF ENTRY NO PURCHASE NECESSARY 6. To enter and be eligible to win, participants can enter in the following way: 1) Watch episodes of Fuelin Around on Eastlink TV, Channel 10 or HD610, or OnDemand from 8pm AST Tuesday, November 22nd, 2016 to 12am AST on Monday, December 19th, ) Send an to fuelinaround@eastlink.ca identifying the Michelin Tire Feature model, which will be displayed in a lower third graphic during the show. Include your name, complete address, and telephone number. 3) The deadline for entry submission is 12am, Atlantic Standard Time, December 19th, Each household may submit a maximum of one (1) entry per week. All entries from a household submitting multiple entries per week shall be disqualified. Eastlink does not accept entries for this contest by fax, courier, postal mail, or any communications medium other than sent to fuelinaround@eastlink.ca. PRIZE 7. The prize shall be one (1) Tirecraft gift certificate that is redeemable for a set of four (4) Michelin tires of

2 the winner s choice (up to a maximum value of $ CAD) (the Prize ), subject to the requirement that the gift certificate be exercised within twelve months of the Contest Date or the December 20, 2017 expiry date noted on the Gift Certificate, whichever is sooner. 8. Any costs not explicitly identified with the Prize, including costs associated with travel to claim the prize, are the responsibility of the winner. ODDS OF WINNING 9. The odds of winning shall depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. DRAW 10. On or around December 20th, 2016, at the offices of Eastlink, one entry will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. AWARDING OF PRIZE 11. Prize must be accepted as awarded, and no substitution for, or transfer of, prize will be allowed. Eastlink reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal or greater value, at its sole discretion, in the event of the unavailability, for whatever the reason, of the advertised prize in whole or in part. 12. Eastlink will attempt to contact the winner at the telephone number included in the winning entry. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within three (3) business days following the draw, declines the prize, or fails to return a release of liability within nine (9) days, another entrant will be selected. 13. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must, in addition to meeting the Contest eligibility criteria and otherwise complying with the Contest Rules: 1) show proof of identification and residence upon request; 2) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question posed by Eastlink; and 3) upon request, sign (and have witnessed) any declaration and release documentation provided by Eastlink or its representatives (see below) and return it to the address indicated in the documentation within nine (9) days following its delivery by Eastlink or its representatives. 14. The selected entrant will be required to execute a legal agreement and release that confirms his or her: (i) eligibility for the Contest and compliance with these Contest Rules; (ii) acceptance of the Prize as offered; (iii) release of the Contest Group from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Contest, participation in any Contest-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; and (iv) grant to Eastlink of an unrestricted right, in Eastlink s sole discretion, to produce, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate by telecommunication, exhibit, distribute, adapt and otherwise use or re-use the winner s name, photograph or other likeness, and city of residence in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without payment or compensation of any kind, in connection with the Contest and the promotion and exploitation thereof. 15. Delivery of Prize: Following receipt of the selected entrant's signed declaration and release documentation, Eastlink or its representatives will send the prize to the winner. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Shipped prize shall not be insured and Eastlink shall not assume any liability for a lost, damaged or misdirected prize.

Disqualification: If the selected entrant declines the prize, cannot be contacted, does not return the release as required, or fails to meet all of the conditions noted above, then the entrant will be disqualified and shall not be entitled to receive any prize, and Eastlink reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select from a further random draw another eligible entry, in which event these provisions shall apply to such other selected eligible entry (and so on). In such event, the previouslyselected entrant(s) will have no recourse against the Contest Group in connection with such entrant s disqualification from the Contest. 17. In the event of a technical or other error, Eastlink reserves the right to require sharing of the prize, or to terminate all or part of the contest. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 18. By entering the Contest, you agree to abide by all official rules of the Contest, as set out herein. You will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the Contest. The terms of this contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein. 19. Eastlink s decision on any contest issue, including without limitation those concerning the eligibility or disqualification of entrants, is final and binding without right of appeal. 20. By entering the Contest, each entrant acknowledges that Eastlink shall not be required under any circumstances to award more prizes than the number of available prizes, as set out in these Contest Rules. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, as a result of an error, malfunction or defect in the design, advertising, management, implementation or administration of the Contest, whether mechanical, electronic, human or otherwise) the number of declared winners or the number of prizes claimed by entrants is greater than the number of prizes available, Eastlink reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to end the Contest in whole or in part, without notice, and to award the correct number of prizes among the correct number of winners, selected in accordance with these Contest Rules from among those eligible entries validly submitted prior to the termination of the Contest. 21. Without limiting the rights described elsewhere herein, Eastlink reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part at any time and without prior notice, in the event of any cause or circumstance, including, without limitation, any virus, computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the control of Eastlink, that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Contest. 22. The validity of any Contest entry is subject to verification by Eastlink. Eastlink is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, destroyed, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or otherwise indecipherable due to technical problems, or any other reason, regardless of cause. All such entries will be disqualified. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. Eastlink may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Eastlink reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent

4 permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 23. By entering or attempting to enter the Contest, each entrant and/or purported entrant agrees to release, discharge, and forever hold harmless the Contest Group and their shareholders from any and all claims, actions, damages, demands, manner of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, duties, accounts, bonds, covenants, warranties, indemnities, claims over, contracts and liabilities of whatever nature or kind arising out of, or in connection with, (a) the entrant's participation or attempted participation in the Contest, compliance or non-compliance with these Contest Rules and acceptance and use of the Prize; (b) accessing the Web Site or contest page, submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Contest; (c) the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded; or (d) any typographical or other error in these Contest Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Prize after it has been delivered. Eastlink makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, operation, safety or performance of any prize. 24. By entering or attempting to enter the Contest, each entrant and/or purported entrant agrees that the Contest Group assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this contest; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the contest; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the server or any combination thereof; (e) any lost, incomplete, late or misdirected entries; (f) failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected entrant to receive notification or for Eastlink to receive a selected entrant s response; or (g) any death, injury or damage to any person or property arising from, or relating to, that person s or any other person s participation or attempted participation in the Contest or downloading any materials in the Contest. PERSONAL INFORMATION 25. Information collected from entrants is subject to Eastlink s Customer Privacy Policy and Code of Fair Information Practices located at By entering the Contest and providing the required information, you consent to the use of such information by Eastlink to administer, implement and fulfill the contest. NAME/IMAGE OF WINNER 26. By entering the Contest, each entrant authorizes Eastlink and its advertising and promotional agencies and their respective employees and other representatives to use the entrant s name, photograph or other likeness, and city of residence in print, on-air, online and in any other media, including in and on the Eastlink website, Facebook page, Twitter feed and for any and all other programming and publicity/promotional purposes, without payment or compensation of any kind or further notice. The winner will be required to sign a standard release and consent form for the use of his or her personal information as outlined above.

5 MISCELLANEOUS 27. No telephone contact or other correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant. 28. Complete contest information and the winner s name will be available during normal business hours or can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope along with the request to Fuelin Around Michelin Tire Give-Away, 6080 Young Street, 3 rd Floor Marketing Department, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3K 5M3. This contest is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all federal, provincial and all other applicable laws and regulations. The Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over Eastlink. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and Eastlink in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Nova Scotia, including procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction s laws. 30. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
