Adds an internal cross-reference to the Cost Miniu/Cost Per Mile/Cost Per Minute/Pickup Charge section and notes that pricing ay be adjusted to reflect regulatory copliance costs and assessents; 3. No. I REVISED PAGE NO. 2 CANCELING ORIGINAL PAGE NO. 2 SCHEDULE OF RATES - STANDARD LYFT AND LYFT PLUS Standard Lyfts are the default feature where any car, which is available, ay be dispatched to the request location. Lyft Plus liits the request to vehicles with capacity for 6 or ore passengers, at a higher cost. The Cost Miniu, Cost per Mile, Cost per Minute, and Pickup Charge are addressed in ore detail below. Lyft reserves the right to adjust pricing as necessary to: (I) ensure copliance with applicable (C) safety standards or regulations; (2) respond to arket signals such as passenger deand or driver participation; and/or (3) reflect regulatory copliance costs and assessents. Rates ay increase or decrease in real tie for the purpose of balancing supply and deand. In all situations, the prospective custoer will be advised of the applicable rates being charged before booking the ride. At ties of tight supply, such as special events or holidays, prie tie pricing goes into effect. When a natural disaster or eergency results in a state of disaster or eergency being declared by the Governor of Pennsylvania, any pricing will be coputed to coply with the Pennsylvania Price Gouging Act, 73 P.S et seq. Service Fee (C) The Service Fee helps to defray the costs of Lyft's safety standards, including driver history checks, background checks, and insurance preius. Cancellation Fee The cancellation fee is designed to enhance the efficiency of Lyft's transportation network service by ensuring that driver resources are diverted towards available passengers. Tolls All tolls will be the responsibility of the custoer and added to the above charges. Driver Gratuity Any driver gratuity will be assessed at the discretion of the custoer. Cost Miniu/Cost Per Mile/Cost Per Minutc/Pickun Charge Rates are calculated based on the distance and tie between the origination point and the destination point. Lyft will apply an aggregate Cost Miniu and individual passenger charges based on arket rates. Lyft onitors rates for alternative transportation services in the applicable service territory or coparable localities to establish a copetitive iniu rate for the aggregate Cost Miniu and the individual Cost per Mile, Cost per Minute, and Pickup Charges.
