1 Get your Motor Running with Clipsal by Schneider Terms and Conditions 5 th Oct Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 2. Entry is open to Australia residents only, who are licensed electrical contractors and are an account customer of a Participating Wholesaler branch, ( Eligible Entrant ). A Participating Wholesaler will be listed on the promotion website and display promotional advertising featuring this promotion. Local, State and Federal Government departments, institutions and cash sale customers are excluded. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating wholesale branches and agencies associated with this promotion are also ineligible to enter the major prize of the Hilux and Harley Davidson. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1 st cousin. Applicants must be over 18 years old to enter. 3. Promotion commences in the participating wholesale branches on 5/10/15 and ends at close of business in the participating wholesale branches on 31/12/15. ( Promotional Period ) 4. To be eligible to enter the Get your Motor Running with Clipsal by Schneider Promotion customers are required to spend $ plus GST on one (1) invoice on Clipsal or Schneider product(s) including one (1) product from the attached product focus group list at participating wholesalers or Schneider UPS. Each entry is required to be a scanned copy or photograph of the sales invoice. Please your scanned copy or photograph to ( address to be advised) 5. Entrants will be entitled to submit entries as set out below : Club Clipsal Membership Platinum or Gold Silver Non Club Clipsal Member Number of Entries per spend of $250 plus GST on one (1) invoice including one (1) product identified in the Product Focus Group List. 3 entries 2 entries 1 entry 6. 2 7. Registration for the prize draw is to be ed to during the promotional period. Non Club Clipsal Members will receive one (1) entry for every spend of $ plus GST on one (1) invoice on Clipsal & Schneider product(s) including one (1) product from the attached product focus group list. Silver Club Clipsal Members will receive two (2) entries for every spend of $ plus GST on one (1) invoice including one (1) product from the attached product focus group list Platinum/Gold Club Clipsal Members will receive three (3) entries for every spend of $ plus GST on one (1) invoice including one (1) product from the attached product focus group list, at participating wholesalers. 8. Each eligible contractor will be entered in the draw to win one (1) of ten (10) High Octane tickets to the Clipsal 500. The Clipsal 500 High Octane Package includes return economy airfares for one (1) person from their nearest major capital city to Adelaide on 3/3/16 and back to their nearest major capital city on 7/3/16, transfers between Adelaide airport and hotel, 4 night s accommodation (Thursday Sunday) inclusive at a 3 star hotel in Adelaide, 4 day V8 Supercars Paddock Pass, access to Club Clipsal HQ (includes subsidized members pricing on food and beverages, Friday Clipsal & Schneider business session, Friday night official Clipsal Welcome Party, Saturday light lunch with celebrity guest speaker, Saturday night Hutt Street Party (included VIP Area, street entertainment and premium food and beverage package), Sunday post-race happy hour at Club Clipsal HQ, exclusive event polo shirt and cap, plus souvenir Clipsal 500 Adelaide lanyard. The ten (10) winning contractors will nominate one (1) Wholesale Branch Manager (from participating wholesalers) to win one (1) of ten (10) Clipsal 500 High Octane packages as per the above details. The estimated prize value is $2,500 per person inc GST. Total prize value is $50,000 RRP inc GST. The ten (10) nominated contractor/electricians at the Clipsal 500 event will be each awarded one (1) electronic key. One (1) of the ten (10) keys will open the doors to one (1) Brand New 2016 Nebula Blue Toyota Hilux, Automatic, Diesel SR5 4X4 Drive Away value $48,840 RRP incl, GST. The winner of the Toyota Hilux will be excluded from participating in the draw for the Second Major Prize. The nine (9) nominated contractor / electricians that are left from the first major prize are each awarded one (1) electronic toggle. One (1) of the nine (9) toggles will start the one (1) Brand New 2016 Harley Davidson Forty- Eight value $19,250RRP. Total prize value is $118,090 RRP inc GST. 9. The First Major Prize is one (1) Brand New 2016 Brand New 2016 Nebula Blue Toyota Hilux, Automatic, Diesel SR5 4X4. The Major Prize includes automatic transmission vehicle cost only, and Dealer Delivery, Registration & Third Party Insurance and Stamp Duty. The First Major prize valued up to $48,840 RRP inc GST. First Major Prize excludes Plate Fee, Insurance and all other costs not stated. First Major Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Second Major prize is (1) Brand New 2016 Harley Davidson Forty-Eight 1200cc V-Twin Motorcycle. The Second Major prize is valued up to $19,250 RRP inc GST. The Second Major Prize includes motorcycle cost only, and Dealer Delivery, Registration & Third Party Insurance and Stamp Duty. Second Major Prize excludes Plate Fee, Insurance and all other costs not stated. Second Major Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 10. Participating wholesalers will have the opportunity to be selected as the Best Promotional Display one (1) wholesaler will be chosen from 5 regions (one (1) per region. (SA/NT,NSW/ACT,VIC/TAS,QLD & WA). The prize to be awarded is a Visa Debit Card to the value of $500 per region. (Total value of prizes $2500 inc GST). Winners will be nominated by a Clipsal Schneider representative and the final

3 winners will be chosen by the State Schneider Wholesale Sales Manager & State General Manager in each state. Winners Wholesalers will receive their prize January 18 th Total prize pool value $120,590 RRP inc GST. Prizes are non transferable or exchange for cash. 12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligible entrants (including an eligible entrant s identity, age and place of residence/employment) and to disqualify any eligible entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter s discretion. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 13. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 14. Eligible entrants must retain their original participating wholesaler purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may,, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of All of an Eligible Entrant s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the participating wholesaler branch of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. 15. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant. 16. The barrel draw will take place Friday 15 th January 2016 at Clipsal by Schneider Electric Adelaide Office (33-37 Port Wakefield Road, Gepps Cross, SA 5094) at 1:00pm (AEST). The winners will be telephoned by Schneider Electric Representative and advised by mail. Names of winners will be in The Australian newspaper 18 th January The Clipsal 500 High Octane (10) ten winners will be automatically entered into the Major Prize draw. The Promoter s decision is final in relation to all aspects of this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. 17. The Major Prize draw will take place at the Clipsal 500 Adelaide 2016 event, at approximately 11:30am (AEST) on Saturday 5 th March Prize draw will be in the form of a key where each one (1) of the ten (10) winners will receive a key, with only one (1) key unlocking the vehicle. The ten (10) winners or their appointed proxy must be present to receive the Major Prize. Second Prize draw will be in the form of a toggle where each one (1) of the ten (9) winners left will receive a toggle, with only one (1) toggles unlocking the motorcycle. The winners of the Toyota Hilux and Harley Davidson will be published in the Australian on 28 th March The first major prize must be collected from a Toyota Dealer in the prize winner s capital city by June 6 th The major prize winner can negotiate delivery of the vehicle directly with the Toyota Fleet Sales Manager. The second major prize must be collected from Harley Heaven, Adelaide, or where not possible, Schneider Electric is responsible for arranging the motorcycle to be freighted too the winners address. 19. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to the relevant authorities permission.

4 20. Unclaimed Prize Draw. Winners are given 3 months from date drawn to claim their prize. Should it be necessary a redraw will take place for all unclaimed prizes on June 7 th 2016 at 1.00pm (AEST) at Clipsal by Schneider Electric Adelaide Office (33-37 Port Wakefield Road, Gepps Cross SA). The winners will be notified by telephone and in writing by a Schneider Electric or Clipsal by Schneider Electric Representative. The winner s names will be published in The Australian on 15 th June The Promoter s decision is final in relation to all aspects of this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. 21. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 22. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter 23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant ;or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate, subject to the relevant authorities. 24. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in South Australia ( Non-Excludable Guarantee ). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage ( including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion. 25. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms & Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant; or (f) use of a prize. 26. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australia regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant.
