2 Florida Health Insurance Study Household Telephone Survey (FHIS 2004) Replication of the 1999 Florida Health Insurance Study Both surveys focused on estimating the percentage Floridians under age 65 who are without health insurance Both surveys sought estimates for the state, sub-state regions and certain disadvantaged groups
