The number of times that Agresso has been, completely or partially, unavailable since January For each of the above occurrences, please provide the following information: date and time; duration of unavailability; the cause of unavailability; cost to the business as a result of this unavailability; cost of repairing the system. 3. How much has the University spent to date in the implementation of Agresso? 4. How much does Agresso cost the University each year in terms of support staff, computers, licences, consultancy and loss of business due to unavailability? Please provide the actual figures for the past two Financial Years and the predicted cost for the current Financial Year. 5. How does the University measure the viability of Agresso? 6. Agresso costs - Support Staff The University does not separately identify Agresso costs from other system support costs. Therefore, the University of Glasgow does not hold the information that you have requested concerning the cost of Agresso in terms of support staff and is not aware of any other However, please find below the standard staff desktop staff/contractor costs for the entire SSD section (which includes Agresso systems support), for the previous two financial years and an estimate of costs for the current financial year: 2008/2009: 328k 2009/2010: 337k 2010/2011: 347k (estimate) Agresso costs Computers regarding Agresso costs in terms of computers and is not aware of any other Agresso costs Licences The cost of Agresso licences for the previous two financial years and an estimate of licence costs for the current financial year are as follows: 2008/2009 = 63k 2009/2010 = 71k 2010/2011 = 84k (estimate) Agresso costs - Consultancy Agresso consultancy costs for the previous two financial years and an estimate of consultancy costs for the current financial year are as follows: 2008/2009: 33k 2009/2010: 13k 2010/2011: 20k (estimate)

The University undertakes a cyclical review of its administrative units, aimed at testing whether they are responsive, efficient, progressive and corporate.
