Budget operates security screening via identity checking systems and rental of our vehicles will be conditional upon your successful completion of such checks. Additional drivers are allowed at an additional cost of GBP [including VAT] per day upto a maximum of 10 days. The maximum charge for an additional driver is GBP [including VAT] per rental. All additional drivers must meet the same criteria as the primary driver. Additional drivers must be present at the time of rental and provide a full valid driving licence held for a minimum of one year [2 years if under the age of 25]. Age information You must be at least 23 years old to rent at this location and hold a full driving licence for more than 12-months [2-years if aged under 25-years]. If you are aged between years you must pay a young driver surcharge of GBP [including VAT] per day, capped at 10-days and can only rent groups A B C E I

However, drivers over the age of 70 years are subject to insurance clearance. Payment options CASH Payment by cash or cheque [personal or business] is not permitted. CREDIT CARDS The following credit cards are accepted: American Express Diners Visa MasterCard The Credit/Debit card in use must be held in the primary driver's name. 2 credit cards are required for groups K and N DEPOSIT Your Credit/Debit card must have sufficient funds to cover the estimated rental charges plus deposit. At the time of vehicle pick up, Budget will estimate the rental value and deduct any payments already made and will seek a pre-authorisation from the card issuer for the estimated value plus a deposit of GBP to cover incidental charges incurred during the rental. At the end of the rental the final rental value will be charged. Taking your vehicle outside the country For customers with contracted rates e.g.; a corporate account or quoting a Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number please refer to the contracted terms & conditions for the relevant account/ BCD number as they may vary from those detailed here. Vehicles may be taken out of the country at an additional charge. Please contact the renting location for current applicable surcharges and mileage restrictions. 3 For pay on arrival reservations a fee of GBP will be levied where a customer does not show for a confirmed reservation. Waiver and protection options COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) If the Budget rental vehicle is damaged, the driver will be covered for the cost of the repair if CDW is purchased. The driver will however have to pay an excess charge towards the cost of repair. CDW is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. 4 THEFT PROTECTION (TP) If the Budget rental vehicle is stolen, the driver will be covered for the cost of replacing the vehicle if TP is purchased. The driver will however have to pay an excess charge towards the replacement cost. TP is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. Super TP is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are incorporated in Super Collision Damage Waiver. PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI) PAI is available at this location. The cost of purchasing PAI is GBP 3.45 per day. (capped at 10 days) SUPER PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (SPAI) SPAI is available at this location. The cost of purchasing SPAI is GBP 6.90 per day. (capped at 10 days) THIRD PARTY LIABILITY Third Party Liability Cover covers the driver in case of damage to someone or something else, including damage to passengers and their property when using a Budget vehicle. Third Party Liability is included in the rental rate. WINDSCREEN DAMAGE Reduces excess to zero on front windscreen. Coverage for damage to the windscreen is available at a cost of: GBP 4.31 for Small car groups GBP 4.74 for Medium car groups GBP 5.17 for Large car groups GBP 5.60 for Premium car groups ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PLUS [RSN] Provides FREE recovery for flat batteries, keys locked in cars, assistance for running out of fuel [fuel costs apply] and assistance for flat tyres [additional tyre costs may apply if Excess Reduction is not taken]. RSN can be purchased for GBP 4.00 per day up to maximum charge of GBP per rental at checkout. If you have a corporate or contracted agreement with us the charges may be different. All drivers of the vehicle must be in possession of a full and current driving licence which they have held for a minimum of 12 months [2 years for drivers aged years]. UK PHOTOCARD DRIVING LICENCE With effect from the 8th June 2015 the paper counterpart of the UK 2-part driving licence is no longer valid. We require our customers to consent to their driving licence records being accessed and will require a "share my licence" code that must be obtained from the DVLA. Please note: The Photocard is NOT acceptable on its own. Photocards that have expired will not be accepted and the rental will be refused. How can the customer obtain the DVLA code? You can obtain this code either online or over the telephone. Online You should access via the following link: You will need to enter the following information: 1. Driving Licence Number 2. Postcode 3. National Insurance Number The portal will respond with a one-time code that is case sensitive and only valid for 72-hours This code must be provided to us at check out [or in advance of checkout] and will

6 allow us access to view you up-to-date driving licence data By Telephone If you do not have online access you can contact the DVLA directly You should ring the View Driver Licence Enquiry Number The lines will only be available Monday-Friday 08:00-19:00 & Saturday 08:00-14:00 Licences in a non-roman [ABC] alphabet will need to be supported by either an international driving permit [IDP] or an official translation from an embassy or equivalent governing body. ENDORSEMENTS If you have 6 points or below on your UK licence you can still hire from Budget. With more than 6 points please contact the rental station where you want to pick up your car. However, you cannot rent a vehicle if you have any of the following endorsements: AC, BA, CD, DD, DR, IN, UT, TT FOREIGN RENTERS VISITING THE UK RESIDENTS OF EC countries visiting the UK can use their licence from country of origin. NON-EC RESIDENTS can use their own licence for a maximum of 12 months after entry into the UK. Please be aware that the issuing date on US licences change when a customer changes address, it is important to bring proof that the licence has been held for over 12 months. FOREIGN RENTERS RESIDENT IN THE UK RENTERS FROM EC countries residing in the UK can use their own licence from country of origin for 3 years after becoming a resident, after which it must be exchanged for a UK licence. RENTERS FROM NON-EC countries residing in the UK can use their own licence from country of origin for upto 12 months after becoming a resident, after which it must be exchanged for a UK licence. INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMITS IDP's are valid for upto 12-months from date of issue if issued outside of the UK. IDENTIFICATION The primary driver will need to be in possession of a valid credit or debit card in their own name to cover the estimated rental charges plus deposit. With the growing problem of ID fraud and financial crime a customer identification check will be completed using ID3 Global. ID3 Global authenticates customers by matching personal information against reference data. Please note: ID3 Global is an identification verification tool it does NOT authenticate the customers credit history or rating. FastBreak Fastbreak is our priority service for corporate customers and people who hire a car frequently. Fastbreak is not available at this location. Traffic Fines

7 All traffic and parking fines are the responsibility of the renter. Fines applied to the rental agreement, on behalf of the renter, will attract a GBP administration charge. Fuel charges All vehicles are provided full of fuel. Customers are required to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or the following surcharge will apply. Pump price + % uplift per litre. EZ Fuel - where you have driven 75 miles or less, there will be a flat fuel fee of GBP including VAT [regardless of whether the fuel gauge shows the fuel tank as full] unless you can prove the vehicle has been refuelled by providing a refuelling receipt from a petrol station. Miscellaneous information Mileage Restrictions Mileage restrictions are defined as unlimited. The term unlimited mileage assumes that a vehicle on a rental will incur no more than 2,000 miles per 28-day period. If your mileage is likely to exceed 500 miles per week please contact the renting branch before booking. Budget reserves the right to determine and charge for unreasonable mileage incurred within any rental period. One Way Rentals Domestic: GBP per rental - only allowed within the UK mainland. International: Not permitted. Collecting and returning your vehicle For customers with contracted rates e.g.; a corporate account or quoting a Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number please refer to the contracted terms & conditions for the relevant account/ BCD number as they may vary from those detailed here. DURING OFFICE HOURS The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. Please see the Driving Licence/ID Requirements section for more information. The vehicle should be returned in accordance with the terms & conditions of the rental agreement. If you are late to collect your vehicle we will guarantee your rental for 4 hours. After this time your reserved vehicle may be released and rented to another customer. During high periods of demand e.g. bank holidays, we reserve the right to reduce the number of hours a reservation will be guaranteed. OUT OF HOURS Collection -This service is not available at this location.

8 Return - Please park the vehicle safely, securely and legally. The keys should be dropped in the key drop box. Please note: that if a vehicle is returned out of hours the driver is still liable for damage or theft until the vehicle has been inspected by a member of Budget Staff. You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at time of booking. There is no charge for this service. Late Return Unless agreed differently, all customers must return the vehicle and any optional extras at the time/date and location stated on their rental agreement. If the customer believes they will be late, it is in their best interest to request an extension from us. If the customer is then late in returning their vehicle,they must pay for an extra day's rental for the vehicle and any optional extras plus a late return processing fee for each day/part of a day they are late. The processing fee is EUR10, UKL10 or the equivalent amount in the renting country currency. Special equipment Baby Seat less than 12 months ( Group 0: Birth-13kg): GBP [including VAT] per day upto a maximum of GBP [including VAT] per 28-day rental. Child Seat 1-11 years (Group 1: weight 9-19 kg/group 2: weight kg) : GBP [including VAT] per day upto a maximum of GBP [including VAT] per 28-day rental. GPS Units: GBP [including VAT] per day upto a maximum of GBP [including VAT] per 28-day rental. A charge of GBP VAT will apply if you rent a GPS Unit and do not return it when you check in your rental vehicle. This charge will be in addition to the charge for the unit.
