CANCELLATIONS: All orders are dug special for you, therefore, all cancellations must be submitted in writing before December 1st or 90 days before ship date. MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum order for nursery stock is $ Nursery stock must be ordered in multiples of full bundle counts. CLAIMS: Claims of any nature must be made promptly upon receipt of stock. We will not honor claims made after 10 days from receipt of stock because we cannot control the care of plants after you receive them. We do not assume responsibility for stock damaged or lost after acceptance by or in transit by common carrier. When damage is apparent, make a claim to your delivering carrier. Please check shipments for damage before signing for receipt. SHIPPING: We ship by Parcel Post, United States Parcel Service, motor freight or truck. All delivery charges, truck load or combination load, are C.O.D. and must be paid when order is delivered. For all other types of shipping, please add approximately 20-30% packing and shipping deposit. Overpayment will be refunded, underpayment will be invoiced, charged to your credit card, or sent C.O.D. Packing and shipping/freight costs vary with plant size. We cannot guarantee a specific shipping or freight cost. For all plants that are too large for our shipping boxes we will try to arrange a combination load on a tractor trailer reefer. Most of the time this is less costly and better on the plants. If there is not enough room for all of your plants when we load your truck, you cannot cancel the balance of your order because we have dug the order special for you.
