2 4 (1) (B) Duties and Responsibilities of Deputy Director of Horticulture As the Head of the Office shall be in overall control of the administration and affairs of the Department. Gives necessary directions and instructions from time to time for the effective functioning of the departmental activities. He will be looking after overall management of Taluka Horticulture farms and nurseries of the Department. He shall assign of add contesting duties and functions from time to time whenever it is required. He shall be responsible for the implementation of Central Sector and centrally sponsored schemes implementation. He shall inspect various activities of the department Technical, Administration & financial. * Discharging duties as for the department delegation of powers and common financial powers.
