3 Members can access the Health Options Online Payment System by logging into the Member Portal. To set up or access your secure Member Portal click on Member Login.
4 Login with your address and password
5 To enroll in AutoPay, make a payment or schedule a single payment click the Online Payment button on the dashboard. Please Note: The first time you enter the new payment portal, you will be asked to read and acknowledge our new Terms and Conditions. You will only have to do this once.
6 Account Summary Tab Account Summary On the Account Summary tab, you can enroll in Auto Pay or, if you have already enrolled in AutoPay, can schedule a single payment. You can also review scheduled and processed payments, edit your profile, or cancel online Bill Pay. To set up your AutoPay account click on the red button Enroll into AutoPay. slide 6
7 Account Summary Tab My Profile From the My Profile link, you are able to review and/or change your address. slide 7
8 Account Summary Tab Cancel Online Bill Pay The Cancel Online Bill Pay link allows you to dis-enroll in the online Bill Pay system. Any unprocessed payments, including Auto Pay, will be cancelled. slide 8
9 Payments Tab On the Payments tab, you can schedule a payment, view payment activity, manage funding sources, or manage Auto Pay. Schedule Payment The Schedule Payment tab will allows you to make a one-time payment of the current balance, the current statement balance, or a custom payment amount. You will be allowed to choose from any previously entered funding sources. Please Note: If you try to schedule a single payment or Auto Pay, but have not previously added a funding source, you will be redirected to the Manage Funding Sources screen. slide 9
10 Payments Tab View Payment Activity The View Payment Activity tab allows you to view scheduled, processed, and automated payments, as well as any refunded payments. slide 10
11 Payments Tab Manage Funding Sources The Manage Funding Sources tab allows the member to view, edit, or delete funding sources currently associated with the account, or add new funding sources (debit card or bank account). slide 11
12 Manage Auto Pay The Manage Auto Pay tab allows Members to enroll in Auto Pay or cancel an existing Auto Pay enrollment. Please Note: If you try to schedule a single payment or AutoPay, but have not previously added a funding source, you will be redirected to the Manage Funding Sources screen. slide 12
