Credit Card: MAYBANKARD 2 CARDS June What is this product about? This is Maybankard 2 Cards, with a line of credit granted by us to you and where any amount of the credit utilized by you has not been settled in full on or before a specified date, the unsettled amount will be subject to finance charges. 2. What do I get from this product? 5% Cash Back for all spend on your Maybankard 2 American Express Card during weekends, capped at RM50 per month per account Earn 5x TreatsPoints for all spend on your Maybankard 2 American Express Card Earn 1x TreatsPoint for all spend on your Maybankard 2 MasterCard/Visa Card Lowest Finance Charge at 8.88% p.a. on your Maybankard 2 Cards Lifetime Fee Waiver Complimentary Travel Personal Accident and Travel Inconvenience Insurance if you charge your travel fares in full to your Maybankard 2 Platinum Card 24/7 Concierge Services for Maybankard 2 American Express Platinum Card Express AutoPay 3. What are my obligations? Minimum monthly repayment: 5% of statement balance or RM25, whichever is higher 4. What are the fees and charges I have to pay? Annual fee: Lifetime fee waiver Cash advance fee: 5% of amount withdrawn or RM10, whichever is higher Finance charge (Retail transaction) o Tier 1: 8.88% (for prompt repayment of 12/12 months & new customers) o Tier 2: 16% (for prompt repayment of 10/12 months) o Tier 3: 17.5% (for prompt repayment of less than 10/12 months) Finance charge (Cash advance) o 18% p.a. or 1.5% p.m. of cash advance amount calculated on a daily basis Card replacement fee: RM50 Overseas transaction conversion fee for Maybankard 2 American Express Card: Conversion factor of 2.5% to the converted amount. A charge that is made in foreign currencies other

2 than U.S. Dollars will, when the conversion is done by American Express, be converted into U.S. Dollars before being converted into your billing currency. Additional statement request fee: RM5 Service Tax: RM50 (for two principal cards), RM25 (each supplementary card) Returned cheque: N/A Dispute Administration Fee: N/A Legal fees: On solicitor and client basis plus other expenses incurred by Maybank in the enforcement of Maybank s right and entitlement under T & C 5. What if I fail to fulfill my obligations? Late payment penalty charges: 1% of the minimum repayment amount due or a minimum of RM5, whichever is greater, up to a maximum of RM50. Right to set-off any credit balance in your account maintained with us against any outstanding balance in this credit card account. Liability for unauthorised transactions Recovery from litigation process 6. What are the major risks? By paying only minimum monthly repayment, the interest amount and time taken to settle the full amount will increase. Think about your repayment capacity when charging the credit card. The finance charges imposed on the outstanding balance for this credit card is based on a tiered pricing structure in accordance to your repayment history. If you have problems paying for your credit card balances, contact us early to discuss repayment alternatives. You should notify us immediately after having found that your credit card is lost or stolen. 7. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details? It is important that you inform us of any change in your contact details to ensure that all correspondences reach you in a timely manner. 6 o Tingkat 3: 17.5% (untuk pembayaran balik segera kurang daripada 10/12 bulan) Caj Kewangan (Pendahuluan tunai) o 18% setahun atau 1.5% sebulan bagi amaun pendahuluan tunai yang dikira atas dasar harian Fi penggantian kad: RM50 Urus niaga luar negeri fi penukaran untuk Kad American Express Maybankard 2: Faktor penukaran sebanyak 2.5% kepada amaun yang ditukarkan. Bayaran yang dibuat dalam mata wang asing selain dolar Amerika Syarikat akan, apabila penukaran dibuat oleh American Express, ditukarkan kepada Dolar Amerika Syarikat sebelum ditukarkan kepada mata wang bil anda. Fi permintaan penyata tambahan: RM5 Cukai Perkhidmatan: RM50 (untuk dua kad utama), RM25 (setiap kad tambahan) Cek dikembalikan: Tidak Berkenaan Fi Pertikaian Pentadbiran: Tidak Berkenaan Fi Guaman: Atas dasar peguam cara dan klien termasuk perbelanjaan lain yang ditanggung oleh Maybank dalam penguatkuasaan hak dan kelayakan Maybank di bawah T & S 5. Bagaimana jika saya gagal memenuhi obligasi saya? Bayaran denda bayar lewat: 1% daripada amaun minimum pembayaran balik yang perlu dijelaskan atau minimum RM5, mengikut mana-mana yang lebih tinggi, sehingga maksimum RM50. Hak untuk menolak selesai apa-apa baki kredit dalam akaun anda dengan kami terhadap apa-apa baki tertunggak dalam akaun kad kredit ini. Liabiliti untuk urus niaga yang tidak dibenarkan - Proses litigasi pemulihan. 6. Apakah risiko utama? Dengan hanya membayar bayaran balik bulanan minimum, amaun faedah dan masa yang diambil untuk menyelesaikan amaun penuh akan bertambah. Fikirkan tentang keupayaan pembayaran balik anda apabila mengecaj kad kredit. Bayaran kewangan yang dikenakan ke atas baki tertunggak untuk kad kredit ini adalah berdasarkan struktur harga berperingkat mengikut sejarah pembayaran balik anda. Jika anda mempunyai masalah untuk membayar baki kad kredit anda, sila hubungi kami segera untuk membincangkan tentang alternatif pembayaran balik.
