1 25 May 2017 Great Southern Finance Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) (the Company) ACN Circular to Creditors I refer to my report to creditors dated 13 February 2017 (Annual Report), a copy of which is available on the Ferrier Hodgson website at The purpose of this circular is to provide an update in respect of the current status of the liquidation and provide formal notice for creditors of the Company to prove their claims on or before 8 June Update on liquidation The only outstanding matter in the Liquidation relates to the declaration and payment of a final dividend by the Company which is expected to be made in the latter half of Following payment of that dividend it is my intention finalise the Liquidation. It is not possible to provide an estimate of the rate of that dividend at this time as it is largely dependent on the final position in respect of unsecured creditor claims of the Company. 2. Request for Proofs of Debt Please find enclosed the following documents for your attention and return to this office as appropriate: Form 534 Notice Inviting Formal Proof of Debt or Claim Form 535 Formal Proof of Debt Your Formal Proof of Debt should enclose all information necessary to prove your claim. Examples of evidence may include: Tax invoices Account statements Contracts or agreements to provide goods or services Purchase / work orders As no dividend is being declared at this time, failure to lodge a proof of debt now will not prevent you from lodging a claim at a subsequent time for dividend purposes, provided it is done so within the prescribed statutory timeframe.

If they do not, they will be excluded from: (a) the benefit of any distribution made before their debts or claims are proved or their priority is established; and (b) objecting to the distribution.
