2 Business Product Offering Business Account FNB s Business Account is suited to sole proprietors, partnerships, close corporations, companies, incorporated businesses, trusts and co-operatives. It is a versatile and convenient solution that helps you perform and manage your everyday payments and receipts. The Business Account offers negotiated pricing (dependent on your relationship with FNB) on: Cash Deposit Cash Handling Cheque Service Overdraft Interest Rate Cheque Deposit Cash Deposit at an FNB ATM Advance terminal The Shari ah-compliant Business Account This account offers similar features and pricing to the Business Account. The main differences are: Juristic entities must have a minimum balance of R1000 Sole Proprietors must have a minimum balance of R750 No debit or credit interest No overdraft facilities You have three Pricing Options: 1. The Single Pricing Options Choosing the best pricing option for the way that you transact and to suit your needs could save you a considerable amount in bank charges each month. If you want to know your service fees upfront and prefer not to have to monitor your transaction fees each month, FNB Business Banking has introduced the Single Pricing Options for your business transactions. Items in excess of these thresholds will be priced as follows: R FNB Electronic Debit Transactions (per transaction) R14.00 Cash Deposited at FNB ATM Advance R3.75 plus R0.85 per R100 Transactions not included on either of these Pricing Options are Cheque, branch transactions, transactions using Online Banking Enterprise (Role Separation) and non-fnb transactions as well as any special instructions or penalty fees. The rate per transaction is dependent on the number of transactions per month. Money Market Investor The Money Market Investor is preferable if you require limited transactional capabilities with easy access to your funds. 3. Term Investment Accounts FNB offers the following term investment accounts with competitive interest rates: 1. Notice Deposit Accounts Notice deposit accounts require notice on the account (either 7 or 32 days) before funds can be accessed. Two interest rate increases apply, after 32 and 64 days providing higher returns. 7 Day Interest Plus Access funds with 7 days notice with competitive interest rates. 32 Day Interest Plus 32 days notice is required to access funds. The longer notice period encourages disciplined budgeting decisions. 2. Fixed Deposits Get a fixed investment term and fixed interest rate, with higher returns. Fixed Deposit Account A flexible fixed deposit which allows you to either select your investment term, from 7 days to 60 months, or select your maturity date. You may also choose to capitalise your interest monthly, allowing you to earn interest on interest, or you may withdraw your interest on demand. Effective Rate Fixed Deposit Invest from 2 to 60 months and receive interest at maturity. 3. Flexi Fixed Deposits This account is fixed for 3 or 12 months.
