1 CASH ADVANCE - TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. This Zero % Cash Advance Extended Settlement Plan (ESP) Promotion is made available to all holders of American Express Credit Cards [ Card-member(s) ] and MasterCard credit cards [ Card-holder(s) ] issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (Bank) excluding American Express Corporate cards. 2. The Zero % Cash Advances ESP Promotion will be available only during the period from 01 st March 2017 to 30 th April (both days included) ( Promotional Period ) 3. Under Zero % Cash Advances ESP Promotion, the Card member/ Card holder can request 3, 6, 9 or 12 month settlement period with Zero% handling fee for Cash advance transactions performed on any Local or International ATM carried out using American Express Credit Card/ MasterCard Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC during the Promotional Period, provided that such transaction value is within the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the said transaction. 4. The standard Cash Advance fee will continue to apply. 5. The standard government stamp duty of 2.50% on overseas transactions will continue to apply. 6. Under Zero % Cash Advances ESP Promotion, the minimum value of the cash advance to be eligible for ESP conversion is LKR. 10,000/- 7. Card member/ Card holder can request for multiple Zero% ESPs on Cash Advances during the Promotional Period, however, combination of two or more transactions will not be allowed. 8. The Card-member/ Card-holder requesting for Zero% Cash Advance ESP Promotion should inform Call Centre of the transaction he/she wishes to convert. 9. Zero% Cash Advance ESP Promotion can be requested through SMS using the code Amex[space]NIC[space]Amount for transactions made with American Express Credit Card and Master[space]NIC[space]Amount for transactions made with MasterCard Credit Card and send to which will be reflected in the customer s next credit card statement. 10. The desired transaction(s) must be performed during the Promotional Period and informed to the Bank within 7 days from the transaction performed date. The latest date for accepting requests will be 07 th May The Bank may at its sole discretion reject any ESP requests made by the Card member/ Card holder, which does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Zero % Cash advance ESP Promotion. 12. It is the responsibility of the Card member/ Card holder to provide correct information and the Bank shall not be responsible in the event of Zero % Cash advance ESP Promotion cannot be provided due to incorrectly and/or inadequately provided information on the transaction by the Card member/ Card

2 holder, and/ or Zero % Cash advance ESP Promotion is provided to a transaction other than the transaction intended by the Card member/ Card holder due to the said reasons. 13. The total transaction amount will be blocked within the existing credit limit and the respective installments will be billed to the statement on a monthly basis. The blocking will be gradually reduced along with the repayment of each installment. 14. In the event the Card member s/ Card holder s credit card is terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or suspended due to any reason whatsoever or any breach of the terms and conditions herein including nonpayment of dues under the ESP or any breach of the Card member agreement and the terms and conditions thereof, the outstanding installments (including the Installments that are not billed) shall become immediately due and payable in full to the Bank. 15. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the Bank s Card member/ Card holder agreement relating to the respective credit card shall apply to the installments and the payment of installments hereunder which shall be treated as a normal transaction charged to the credit card. In the event of any conflict arising between the terms and conditions hereof and the Card member/ Card holder agreement the former shall prevail only to the extent the same shall relate to matters involving the Zero % Cash Advance ESP Promotion. 16. Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw the Zero % Cash advance ESP Promotion or change the terms and conditions of Zero % Cash advance ESP Promotion at its sole discretion.

3 BALANCE TRANSFER - TERMS & CONDITIONS Nations Trust Bank Credit Card Balance Transfer Facility Terms & Conditions 1. Nations Trust Bank Credit Card Balance Transfer facility ( Balance Transfer facility ) is made available only to the holders of a primary credit card ( Card-member/s ) issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC ( NTB ) 2. NTB reserves the right to reject any Balance Transfer request or approve the total Balance Transfer amount requested by the Card-member or a part thereof as deemed proper by NTB at its absolute discretion ( Approved Amount ). The Card-member hereby expressly and irrevocably authorizes NTB to execute the Balance Transfer for the Approved Amount without further confirmation. 3. The Balance Transfer facility can be availed by the Card-member only to transfer an outstanding balance under a credit card maintained in the Card-member s name at any other bank /card issuing company other than at NTB ( Other Bank ) 4. The Minimum transferrable amount shall be Sri Lankan Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand (LKR 25,000/-) per card per balance transfer. 5. The balance transfer amount in total shall not exceed 95% of the granted credit limit of the new credit card/s issued under this promotion and shall not exceed 95% of the available credit limit of the existing credit card/s. 6. The Balance Transfer amounts billed on a new/ existing credit card/s will not be considered for any other activation promotions conducted by NTB. 7. The Card member will not earn any reward points for the Approved Amount transferred under the Balance Transfer facility. 8. Upon successful completion of the approval process, NTB will credit the Approved Amount directly to the Other Bank, on account of the Card-member s credit card/s with the Other Bank. 9. The Card-member shall continue to make payments under the credit card/s with the Other Bank and NTB shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Card-member for any delay in executing the requested Balance Transfer and/or crediting the Other Bank due to erroneous or insufficient information provided by the Card-member or for any other reason whatsoever and/or any overdue payment, interest, fees and any other charges incurred by the Card-member in respect of the credit card/s with the Other Bank.

Once approved by NTB, the signed Balance Transfer Application will serve as the Card-member s written authorization to NTB to execute the Balance Transfer and to charge the Approved Amount to the Card-member s credit card issued by NTB which will be reflected on the next credit card statement. The Card-member irrevocably accepts that the said authorization shall be binding and conclusive upon the Card-member for all purposes including repayment of the Approved Amount in terms hereof. 11. The Balance Transfer facility will be subject to a handling fee charged upfront at a rate to be determined and declared by NTB from time to time. 12. Based on the Balance Transfer option selected by the Card-member, the interest rate offered by NTB to such selected option ( BT Interest Rate ) will be applicable exclusively to the Approved Amount but not to any other existing outstanding balance or any other amount which may become payable by the Card-member subsequently under the credit card issued by NTB. 13. The BT Interest Rate shall be applicable only to the Approved Amount and shall be valid from the date the Approved Amount is transferred to the credit card issued by NTB until such time the Approved Amount is fully paid or until the expiry of the agreed tenor of the selected Balance Transfer option, whichever is earlier. Thereafter the prevailing interest rate applicable to other unpaid balances of normal credit card transactions will be applicable. 14. The Transferred Balance will be added in determining the total outstanding balance, thereby BT amount will be considered in computing the minimum payment of the card. In the event if the Card- member had already signed up for any standing instruction to settle the card outstanding balance, recovery of the outstanding will take place accordingly. 15. If the Card-member fails to pay the minimum payment by the due date as set out in the credit card statement, the Approved Amount will be accounted for the late payment fee charged at the prevailing rate applicable to the credit card. 16. The Card-member expressly agrees that NTB reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to determine apply and appropriate all payments received by NTB in such manner or order of priority as it may deem fit. 17. The Bank reserves the right to amend, change, add or delete any of the terms and conditions hereof with notice to the Card-member.

In consideration of NTB acting in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, the Cardmember shall undertake to keep NTB indemnified at all times against claims damages costs and expenses which may be made against or incurred by NTB which shall have arisen either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with NTB providing the Balance Transfer facility upon the Cardmember s authorization as above. 19. The terms and conditions contained herein are in addition to the Card-member agreement relating to the relevant credit card issued by NTB which shall continue to apply. In the event of any conflict arising between the terms and conditions hereof and the Card-member agreement, the former shall prevail only to the extent the same shall relate to matters involving the Balance Transfer facility.
