Pension evidence will be required Acceptable Repayment Vehicles Sale of another UK property (equity must be at least 110% of the interest only loan.) Valuation required Savings equal to or greater than the interest only loan (must have been in place minimum 12 months) Pensions based on a mid-growth projection 25% of the projected pension fund value must be equal to or greater than the interest only loan Endowment maturity value must be equal to or greater than the interest only sum being borrowed.
