2 All about access, transactions & cards At Community CPS we can provide you with numerous options to access your accounts in the way that suits you best. For example, you can be in just about any place in the world and access your accounts via such resources as ATMs and CPS Web-Link. Equally, we know that many of our members prefer the personal side to banking. That s why we place a greater emphasis on staff recruitment and training than many of our competitors and prefer to have real people answer the phone when you call us. These may seem like small things to some, but they do reflect a big part of the Community CPS culture, allowing you to get on with your life without a bank, anytime, anywhere. This brochure explains the wide variety of choices you have when connecting with Community CPS. Web-Link CPS Web-Link provides secure access to your accounts around the clock and around the world. You can use Web-Link to obtain account summaries, transfer between your own accounts, transfer to other accounts or financial institutions and pay bills using BPAY.

3 Phone Banking Call the Community CPS Telephone Response Centre to speak directly to one of our consultants. You can get personalised assistance on a range of enquiries, including those relating to your accounts, loan applications and insurance products. 24 Hour Phone Banking Our automated 24 hour Telephone Banking Service is ideal if you need to check a balance, transfer funds or pay a bill using BPAY. In addition, you can also obtain your account history, a record of interest earned or information on your personal loans or home loan. Community CPS Reditellers Community CPS Reditellers are conveniently located around the Canberra and Queanbeyan region. Using your Community CPS Redicard or Visa Card, you can withdraw cash, transfer between accounts and check your account balances. Many Reditellers are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Community CPS Branch Network Community CPS Branches are conveniently located around Canberra and Queanbeyan with a helpful team of consultants ready to assist and advise you on all aspects of your personal financial needs. Interstate Reditellers and ATMs You can access your funds both interstate and internationally, via many Credit Union and Bank ATMs.

4 BPAY It s so easy to take care of your bills over the phone or Internet with BPAY. Access this facility 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. You can even plan payments in advance by future dating payments.* *Please note, BPAY transactions are processed on business days only. Community CPS Redicard With your Community CPS Redicard you can access your funds via the Community CPS Rediteller network, other financial institution s ATMs and EFTPOS around Australia.
