WHO CAN ENTER The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Canada or the United States who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry, with the exception of residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions outside the continental United States, and who have a Facebook account ( To create a Facebook account, simply go to and complete the sign-up process; there is no cost associated with joining Facebook. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions outside of the continental United States and where restricted or prohibited by law or where subject to registration requirements. HOW TO ENTER The Sweepstakes will run starting on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) and close on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the Promotion Period ). To enter, simply go to at any time during the Promotion Period, click on the link to the Mega Bloks 2015 Mother s Day Sweepstakes and follow the entry instructions to nominate a mom to one of our nine (9) predetermined categories (1) Fitness Fan; (2) Brainy Gal; (3) Gourmet Foodie; (4) Tech Maven; (5) Business Diva; (6) Crafty Artist; (7) Social Butterfly; (8) Ms. Glam; and (9) Comedy Queen. You will be asked to provide the first name and first initial of the family name of the mom you are nominating, along with a description of why you think she is well-suited to the category for which you have nominated her. Once you correctly complete the entry process, you will automatically receive an entry for Sweepstakes draw. You are limited to a maximum of ONE (1) entry during the

The eligible entrant selected as a winner in each category will have a choice of ONE (1) of the following six (6) Mega Bloks Prize Packs: 1. All prizes are subject to availability and MEGA Brands reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any element thereof) for a prize of equal or greater value. MEGA Brands makes no representation that a prize awarded hereunder can be sold or traded at the stated value. MEGA Brands expressly excludes any warranty, condition or other liability of any kind with respect to any of the products and/or services included in the Grand Prize Pack and awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes that are not produced, designed or manufactured by MEGA Brands. WINNER SELECTION Category Prize Packs: At 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, May 11, 2015 a random drawing will be conducted by MEGA Brands for each of the nine (9) Mega Bloks Category Prize Packs one draw will be held for each of the nine (9) categories from among all eligible entries received in the category in question. The odds of winning a Mega Bloks Category Prize Pack depend upon the total number of eligible entries received in the category in question. Grand Prize Pack: At 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on May 11, 2015, a random drawing will be conducted by MEGA Brands for the Grand Prize Pack from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning the Grand Prize Pack depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. No entrant is eligible to receive more than one Prize. 5. WINNER NOTIFICATION, ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES Selected entrants (each, a Selected Entrant ) will be notified by on the date of the draw. Each such Selected Entrant will have up to seven (7) business days following such notification to contact MEGA Brands in order to complete the winner verification process. Prizes will be mailed to each Selected Entrant, to the address provided by , within 30 business days of the completion of the applicable winner selection and verification process. MEGA Brands will not be responsible for any prizes returned as undeliverable and will not replace any prizes that are lost or stolen. Any prize not claimed or returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate entrant to be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries. Any Selected Entrant who is not eligible or who otherwise fails to comply with these Rules will be disqualified. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding a prize. Prior to receiving his or her prize, each Selected Entrant will be required to sign: (a) a declaration of compliance with the Rules; and (b) a release form confirming acceptance of his or her prize as awarded and releasing MEGA Brands, its affiliates and subsidiaries

5 and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability relating to this Sweepstakes and/or his or her prize, failing which such person will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize. In addition, in order to win, Selected Entrants that are Canadian residents must correctly answer, unaided, an arithmetical, time-limited, skill-testing question (which will be administered by ). Federal, provincial/state and local taxes or any other assessments and any costs or expenses relating to the acceptance and/or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any Sweepstakes entries not complying with any applicable federal, state/provincial and municipal laws or regulations will be considered to be null and void. For residents of Quebec only: In the Province of Quebec (Canada), any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Similarly, any litigation arising in the Province of Quebec (Canada) respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

GENERAL MEGA Brands is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakesrelated materials; for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, or for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction including human error. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned or the prizes cannot be awarded, including by reason of infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or other failures or difficulties, or the occurrence of any force majeure event, subject to applicable law, MEGA Brands, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at anytime without prior notice to you. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason before completion of the Promotion Period, all valid entries received up to the point of termination will be included in a random drawing to award the prizes. Submitted materials become the sole property of MEGA Brands. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Rules and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or the Rules. FORCE MAJEURE The failure of MEGA Brands to comply with any provision of these Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, labour disruption or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Rules. 11.
