Previously, Pierre was a Partner at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg where he led the firm s advisory services for Real Estate and Private Equity Funds. Prior to this, Pierre held managerial positions at Arthur Andersen and Arthur D. Little. Pierre started his career as a Fund and Portfolio Manager for Institutional Clients with UBS Bank. Thomas is responsible for Investment Management. Previously, he was the Managing Director of cominvest Asset Management S.A., a UCITS ManCo of Allianz Global Investors Group. Thomas was responsible for Product Management and the setup of fund solutions for institutional clients. Thomas was also the Managing Director and Member of the Board of Münchener Kapitalanlage AG, a BaFin-regulated Mutual Fund Company. Daniel is responsible for Operations. Previously, Daniel set up the Luxembourg investment platform of SIGNA Holding, a renowned European real estate development company. Before SIGNA, Daniel was the Head of Fund Accounting at Bank of New York Mellon and Head of Fund Accounting at ADIG Investment Luxembourg S.A. Ralph is responsible for Risk Management and Valuation. He joined LIS from First Climate Asset Management S.A. where he was a Managing Director. Prior to this, Ralph spent several years in Senior Risk Management and managerial positions at leading property specialist bank Aareal Bank, Dublin Branch, and Hypo Pfandbriefbank International S.A. 4 The Management Team is supported by 60 experienced professionals.

10 FULL SUITE OF REGULATORY REPORTING We offer reporting solutions to meet the investment industry s increasing reporting requirements: AIFMD Reporting CSSF Reporting BCL Reporting Solvency II Reporting CRR/CRD Reporting VAG Reporting Type of Reporting Reporting to the Luxemburgish regulator CSSF as required under Art. 24 of the AIFMD.
