The price risk of the Underlying Fund is high. The Underlying Fund s holdings are sensitive to changes in general economic conditions in the United States. The Underlying Fund is fully invested in U.S. stocks; as a result, an overall downturn in American economy may have a negative impact on the value of the Underlying Fund s holdings. All securities investments present a risk of loss of capital; the maximum risk resulting from those investments is determined by their fair value. To meet potential redemptions from the unit-holders, the Fund may hold some cash balance. It also has a borrowing facility if additional cash is needed for emergency purpose.
