The said dividend will be paidlremitted after the date of the ensuing Annual Gnenral Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company. 3 The financial statements for the year March, 22 have been prepared as per the revised Schedule-VI of the Companies Act, 956. Accordingly the previous quarter / year figures have been regrouped rearranged wherever necessary to make it comparable with current quarter / year. 4 The Company is working in two segments namely Rubber and Textiles. The segment information is given in the annexure here to. 5 Statement of Assets & Liabilities ans Statement of Appropriation as per Clause2 of the listing agreement is given in the annexure here to. 6 Tax Expense includes provision for current tax and deferred tax. 7 The figures of the last quarter are the balancing figure between audited figure in respect of full financial year and published year to date figures up to the third quarter of the current financial year.
