Consecutive rent receipts for the past six months (if canceled checks, please provide copies of both front & back of the canceled checks) Most recent bank statement Copies of two most recent utility bills (Verizon, Con Ed or Brooklyn Union Gas) Copies of all Social Security cards for everyone in household Clear copies of all W-2 Forms for the most recent Tax Year (For all working adults) Clear copies of your 1040 Form (Federal Return) for the most recent Tax Year (For all working adults) Clear copies of the last four consecutive pay stubs and a job letter stating title, annual salary and date of hire. This fee will cover the credit check & housing court search. It is non-refundable. This is not a broker s fee. All applications submitted without the money order will not be processed. If you have bad credit or a poor rent payment history, your application will be rejected. If you are accepted for an apartment, you will pay the SECURITY DEPOSIT (equal to one month s rent) and at lease signing you will pay the first month s rent.
