1 1 SLOVENSKO A RÓMSKA OTÁZKA OD MÝTOV K ŠTATISTIKE A OD FAKTOV K RIEŠENIAM Svetová banka Košice, High Level meeting on Roma Inclusion May 2013
2 Integrácia Rómov najmä na Slovensku kľúčová priorita Európskej komisie Rámec EÚ pre Národné stratégie integrácie Rómov do roku 2020 (prijatý v apríli 2011) Založený na stratégii Europe 2020 inteligentného, udržateľného a inkluzívneho rastu. Podčiarkuje nutnosť: zozbierať spoľahlivé údaje na meranie výsledkov a plánovať použitie štrukturálnych fondov na investície do integrácie Rómov Nové programovacie obdobie EÚ ex-ante kondicionality a Partnerské dohody Špecifické odporúčania v rámci Európskeho semestra: jedno zo siedmych odporúčaní pre Slovensko je inklúzia Rómov
3 ŠPECIFICKÉ ODPORÚČANIA SLOVENSKU V RÁMCI EURÓPSKEHO SEMESTRA Marginalizované komunity vrátane Rómov sú vo veľkej miere vylúčené z trhu práce a všeobecného systému vzdelávania, čo pre hospodárstvo Slovenska predstavuje významný nevyužitý pracovný potenciál. Slovensko by malo na vyriešenie tohto problému zintenzívniť úsilie na zlepšenie výsledkov marginalizovaných skupín v oblasti vzdelávania a posilniť svoje politiky reintegrácie pre dospelých; toľko analytická časť dokumentu. [EURÓPSKA RADA] TÝMTO ODPORÚČA, aby Slovensko prijalo v období rokov opatrenia s cieľom...: Prijať aktívne opatrenia, aby mali zraniteľné skupiny vrátane Rómov lepší prístup kuškolskému a predškolskému vzdelávaniu lepšej kvality. Zabezpečiť opätovnézačlenenie dospelých na trhu práce prostredníctvom aktivačných opatrení a cielenýchslužieb zamestnanosti, druhej šance na vzdelávanie a krátkodobého odbornéhovzdelávania.
