Further, we observe that most travel emergency management is geared towards the reactive end of the spectrum (eg insurance, medivac, embassy and contact details) as opposed to the preventative end, which is where our travel safety training fits in. Let s face it, travellers would much prefer to avoid security and safety incidents, where possible, but haven t been given this option until now.
